Just got an email from the store manager and then a phone call from the Mobile manager (same guy that messed up!) saying they are "calling all over the United States trying to find you a phone." Then guy on phone asked "is there anything else we can do for you? We don't want to lose you as a customer." I didn't quite know what to say so said "If you'd get a phone to me quickly, I'd appreciate it."

Did you get a 6S Plus? I reserved/ preordered one from BB and they didn't beg in a single one and said no one in the State did...

But I sat at att and was number 1 but the way they did it when it started was so beyond f'ed up that I almost didn't get a phone
Manager got there st 545 and told us they had every phone every size every color so me and the second guy wanted the 64 sg+, low and behold had none
Well by the time it got to choosing a phone each rep had a customer and than from that point on it was whichever att rep was the fastest the person got there phones first...well mine messed up login 3 times and I was the last to choose a phone..came back and told me no space grey and that he didn't think that there was even another 64 gb s+. And I about went off on him. I yelled manager came over but wouldn't do a damn thing
I asked wtf the point of me sitting in line for 8 hours was for if I don't get to choose whichever damn phone I wanted and he looked at me like I was crazy and said well the other reps already got there customers them because they were faster. I said well if I was first in line wouldn't you think I would get whichever I wanted if they didn't have the one I wanted and I started getting loud and yelling and yelled at the manager over the crap. Even the second guy in line got mad after being told they had the space gray and than they didn't have a single one. Wouldn't do crap for me so than he went back and the one and only 6s+ 64gig was the silver which I think is uglier than the damn pink, needless to say I told them they were horrible

That happened at a store I went to last year.
A guy got ****ed over out of a 6 plus because of it even though he was like second in line, some person was way back in the line got one.
Its absolutely absurd that they would not hand out cards or something.
Southern California. They had two lockers full of 6S/+ phones. Lots of 6S+ phones from what I saw.
Whoa, Fullerton on Imperial/Harbor! I got there at 9am and they were putting name labels on the preordered phones. I bought mine online two weeks ago so they all might have been preorders?

What the **** lol. I have a preorder for a plus from att with them.... and i should definitely be first on the list.

That sucks! Mine was on Sprint. SG 64GB Plus. Pre-purchased online on 9/16. I thought mine was gonna be delayed because I ordered too late.
maybe they didnt get ATT pluses
yeah. I just talked to my friend hes the manager of the mobile department there. They only had 16gb for ATT.

I totally, totally lucked out.. On a "whim" - after realizing that my BB store didn't get any 6S plus in at all… I stopped by the little AT&T Mall store at a small mall near my home. They had one of each 6S plus color and type. So I got my 64 gig 6S Plus SpaceGray just like that!! And they were doing promos today as well and I got an iPad Mini 2ndGen Wi-Fi + Cellular for free!
So today turned out to be quite a better day than I thought it would be. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you as well. Gonna cancel my pre-order with BB obviously.
Wasn't leaving empty handed after sitting my ass out in the rain for 8 hours lol.
Left with a 6s+ 64gb silver (ugly as all hell) was pissed at the way they handled the situation.
Was headed over to the other art tonight to see if they have space gray. Just gotta pay that stupid 35$ stocking fee
I feel for you. Same thing happened last year at the AT&T store I went to in NJ. It was not enough to actually be first in line. I actually had to tell the rep to please just stop asking me what accessories I might be interested in buying and just go into the stock room and pull the phone. While she's trying to sell me a case, the other reps are attending to the other customers and it becomes a race against time. Needless to say I didn't get one. It is a lousy way to do business when it is very obvious that customers have been waiting in line for hours for what the reps know is a very limited supply.
