You must have never used an iPad before. The thick bevel enables you to not have your fingers (when you hold the device) interfere with interactions on the screen.
1) take it as fact because you're some "authority" - no thanks. You're an anonymous prognosticator on the internet. Nothing more. Nothing less.
2) How old are you? I ask because it's relevant. There were definitely smart phones way before the iPhone and people knew them to be smart phones. The market had several before the iPhone came out almost 3.5 years ago. Don't rewrite history just to try and make a point. The FACT is - you are 100 percent, Grade A WRONG if you think the smart phone market didn't exist before the iPhone
3) I don't know anyone and can't imagine the iPhone being ubiquitous for smartphone. Ever. I've seen plenty of technology come and go without becoming the "slang" term. But again - dream on.
4) Good for you for not owning a smart phone. If work didn't necessitate one for me I doubt I'd have one too.
5) What does owning stock in Apple have anything to do with this discussion. I'll tell you. Nothing. Who cares but you? And when did I say I wouldn't buy stock in Apple? Talk about your lame straw man tactic.
I can't wait to see the reply to this!
