Ordered at 10:25 on 27/10, Space Grey 256GB, home delivery. I had been previously told that my order was showing for delivery on the 10th. So basically, don't believe anything you're told anywhere - but hold out for a dispatch email. If you don't get one by late tonight it would be safe to assume at that point that it's not coming.

This!! I was told as you may have read that mine was delayed to the 10th but I just got a confirmation email saying it’s been despatched, so confused but happy, will see what actually happens now!
 
No email but online and calling keep saying tomorrow, starting to think I won't bloody get it :/
 
Just got my dispatch email. 256GB Silver. Doesn't actually say when it's arriving, just that it's on its way. The DPD link shows nothing. I guess it hasn't updated yet?

I received my dispatch email as well! Ordered for delivery. 256GB Silver. However, the DPD link in the email says the order was already delivered a few months ago. Could it be that they've sent me the wrong tracking number? DPD app shows no active deliveries.

"I really do apologize for the long wait and inconvenience however we were expecting the order s to go out tomorrow, however we have not received any stock from the manufacture . And as per the manufacture we will be receiving the stock on the 10 November so that it can be send out to you and all other customers."

They reuse tracking details, don't worry about that. The link will go active later this evening with your details.

That's weird. Maybe there's only certain models available for tomorrow?
 
Ok so mine is now appearing back on the app and en route tonDPD depot.
This is crazy.

If you have tracking info and a dispatched email I would bet on that rather than the chat guys, they've been full of ****
 
Even though I am fairly confident of my store collection tomorrow, I will still be trying John Lewis .....just in case
