Carphone Warehouse UK iPhone X Order Updates.

Got three orders from CPW warehouse in my house, - all promised 3rd to the same address.
1st - 9:00 - 64GB Silver - no dispatch email
2nd - 9:15 - 64GB Silver - no dispatch email
3rd - 9:30 - 64GB Silver - able to track on DPD

surely the other 2 dispatch emails are coming soon!! Strange they are not doing it based on order time..!
 
so.. i am not getting a phone tomorrow.. as both phones were placed on the same transaction i have to wait for both to be available before they will be shipped
 
I just received my despatch email from CPW and upgrade email from O2 - 256GB Silver ordered at 8:40 on Friday.

This was 30 mins after I called CPW and was told that they had not received any stock.

Keep the faith!

It's safe to assume that thier customer service doesn't have a clue

That’s not what I wanted to hear they said any upgrades need to be done by 7pm only got the email at 3! Let’s hope mines quicker as no ones home tomorrow afternoon to sign for it.

On another note I’ve just noticed Parcel - Delivery tracker has been updated with iPhone X support just in time for us to track our xs
 
Update for any Northern Ireland orders.....
Eventually my parcel number is working on DPD site and my order was last scanned in Birmingham at 04:00 this morning.
Going on past experience it’s debatable if it will make it now for store delivery on Friday. As they normally don’t deliver on Saturday either, it’s might now be Monday for me.

Make sure you added the email/phone number linked to your CPW order

My order is now showing when i click the tracking number, but when i check the address its missing the house number. I assume they will call to check ?

My number on the app is the same as the one registered with Carphone still not seeing anything

Same thing happened with me. I checked my address on DPD website and it had my full address without the number.
I clocked to deliver to neighbour and then selected my own address.Got confirmation through email and SMS that it had been accepted for delivery tomorrow.

I thought with the colour change, let’s hope for the best.
[doublepost=1509647252][/doublepost]I spoke to DPD, they do reuse tracking numbers and it’s not a coincidence we have ones from April. My tracking number says it was delivered on April 7th.

At least the people getting their carphone warehouse tracking info wont be going for one from JL now so you stand a good chance haha

This is probably a ploy from cpw to stop peel cancelling and going elsewhere. No deliveries will happen hahah
 
So anyone else managed to pick up at store. Flat refusal to hand over my device tonight. Was told they can't hand over until 08:01 even though the store isn't opening until this 09:00
