Guessing by your username you have a Volvo. I do too and I stream Apple Music every single day. Give me more info and I’ll try to help as best I canNot to add any more fuel to the fire, but has anyone been successful in getting the dongle to play streamed music? I can play music files stored on my iPhone XR running 13.3 but not files streamed from Apple Music. TIA for any input.
Two SPA Volvos, actually. Apple Music has always streamed just fine when an iPhone is connected via a Lightning cable directly to the USB port. But when the phone is connected to the dongle via wi-fi, the Apple Music titles and artwork are displayed in the Library on Sensus but they are grayed out and can't be selected. I must be overlooking some setting on the iPhone.![]()
Just open a dispute on your CC. Much easier that way.I have had an email stating that they will accept the return of the dongle but I have to pay shipping and forfit a $25 restocking fee. That is not happening, I have replied stating that I was promised a refund in FULL if the device was not compatible with the Jaguar. Let's see what the response is. I can just about maybe handle the shipping cost although I have no idea how much that will be.

Did you also get told about the $25 restocking fee?I was told the same thing. But they did reply to me with a return address and mine is on the way back. They also replied to the tracking info I provided.
But I had a dispute with the bank going on.
What did you do with the dongle once the card company gave you the money back? Did you send it back?really hard for them you get this as the credit card company has given me the money back. They told me about the in the email if it was not defective. But the damn thing did not work right.

Never Updated!!If you have done the USB method update all the others are done over the air by logging on when its in your car and active.
