CarPlay CarPlay adapter to convert to wireless CarPlay?

I don’t have any of that interface. I have the basic interface from carlinkkitUI = User Interface
Red UI:
Any help for a cheapo red UI that just hasn’t constant red LED? Was on official FW and tried flashing various versions of official via USB.
Do you think it’s permanently broke? Only a few months old, just super working all of a sudden.

Anyone have a link to the latest Mazda Connect firmware download? The person who published them on the Mazda forums apparently no longer provides them, and I'm hoping to get CarPlay enabled on my CX-9 before a road trip.
Is it possible? 
Have they finally added support for the newer Acura touchpad-based infotainment system?
I flashed the 2021-07-05 build to my CPLAY2air and I am now reliably able to connect to wireless CarPlay every time in my 2019 RDX.
In theory it should also work for the 2021 TLX and 2022 MDX.
Prior to this, the 2021-04-26 build would connect maybe 10% of the time.

Hey, I wanted to ask if you have experience with different piece of HW, if your original one didnt work. Currently I am using CPLAY2AIR adapter, but the most and only working version for me is from 2020-12
I was wondering if Carlinkit 2.0 could change it. There are so many of the adapters righ now, it is hard to tell wich one to buy. thx

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" - if your CPLAY2AIR adapter is working fine for you then there is no need to update the software.
I have trouble with microphone. When somebody is calling me I can hear them, but they cant hear me. The mic is working on version 2021-03-06 and higher, but the dongle is rebooting every minute.
So to be fair, the version from 2020-12 is not really working for you - if I understand correctly: it is stable in that it does not reboot but the microphone does not work. Does that mean you have all other functionality except for telephone and Siri commands?
Please consider also including your details in the Issue Log linked from my signature. Previously I got some reports of problems to access the link but that should be fixed.
Interesting, not sure that such behaviour has been reported before, at least on this thread. Please share details of your car model, age, and multimedia configuration and all software/module versions here in addition to in the log - for wider audience; thanks.
Finally got one and I‘m surprised how well it works. Only issue, it takes really long to connect mostly (2-3minues until everything is up and running) and sometimes the car system hangs in „starting Apple CarPlay“ where I need to unplug it…

Good find, and as you say - intriguing; not least for the price of USD 39.99 plus shipping.
the carplay adapter has inside a boot button to recovery flash system.img
the adapter name inside : ddbox107 MB vers 1.10 with allwinner h6 chipset with 1gb ram and 8gb rom
upload: flashtool and recovery.img from 06.01.2021 (Factory AS ) audiosource
1. install flashtool, 2. load h6 system.img 3. press and hold the boot button inside, 4. insert usb kabel and press flash file up to 100%

Does anyone still have a copy of the Joyeauto flashtool?
My MMB had a failed firmware upgrade and now it's stuck at the flashing blue LED and never boots.
Ahh this is tempting.. I do like my adaptor but wish there was less lag on calls.. any idea how AliExpress return policy is like if it turns out to be rubbish?

I was waiting to see if someone with real experience replies... my own experience is limited to an item that arrived damaged where I received an offer from the seller to reduce the charge; Aliexpress do not immediate release payment to the sellers until you have confirmed receipt, or some period that I cannot remember elapses; in my case Aliexpress verified the agreement and handled the partial refund.
As far as this item goes I have ordered, pretty much out of pure curiosity.
In my experience AliExpress' customer service is non existence. It's the worst online platform in my opinion. It's good for buying cheap stuffs where you don't care if it breaks very quickly. I have had multiple issues receiving damaged items or warranty issues where the sellers simply ignored you. Trying to get AliExpress' help was a nightmare, they only have automatic reply bots you can't speak to a real human. That said, they have recently added the PayPal payment option and I have had success getting my money back with PayPal dispute so make sure you use PayPal as the payment method to protect yourself.
