For years one of my absolute favorite things about the Mac trackpad was being able to 3-finger-tap while hovering the mouse over a particular word, and then the Mac would define that word for me in a small pop-up dictionary window.
It seems that after Sierra, this feature broke for me. Now it's only on some occasions that I get the word definition inside the pop-up window. Often it'll just show some wikipedia entry which is not as helpful, and I can choose to also search for that word on App Store and stuff.
Is there a way I can get back my dictionary definitions when using the 3-finger tap? It's kind of a bummer it works so rarely for me
