I canceled a Friday 8gig order and placed a 16gig order this morning. Still haven't received my acknowledgment email on the 16.

I ordered mine Sunday 11am, 16gb white. Now 24 hours later I checked the ATT order status page, but the thing tells me that there is no order. Check by order# and phone#. I see that me card has been charged, but no email. Customer service tells me that the phone is back ordered. I still can't check online. Att just needs to give up the info.

Same here for my black 16gb, but my wife's 8gb is still listed as back ordered.
Yea my phone has 0 in the backlist category...I ordered mine at 10:30am on friday...

they took my phone number "just in case something happens so we here at the store can get a hold of you."
but they took my email address and att's iCare has emailed me twice. the first was an order acknowledgment the same day i placed the df. the second one was the next morning telling me it's back ordered.
it includes an order number that you can track on their website. i saw mine be removed from back order a couple hours ago...
do u have an order number on your receipt? if not, call them and ask for your order number. 877-782-8870

I have an Order ID on my receipt but putting that into the order status page with the Zip of the store it's going to only sends me to my account page, and really doesn't take me anywhere. I called a number and managed to get an automated response that said it's "Backordered"...
with that order status website, after you fill in the zip, make sure you *click* on the 'submit' button. if i hit return/enter (using firefox) it doesn't submit, it instead links me over to att's home page.
