How long does it take to show up on the order status site so that i can check on it, from at&t if i ordered it wed 7/16

Did you order to have one shipped @ ATT store?

It should be no more than 24 hours... If your having trouble you should double check that you are using the zip code of the store you ordered from, as opposed to your own zip code.
i did the same on wednesday around 2PM and mine was showing on the status site and the queue tool by 8pm that night.

just checked tracker site-showed both frt and phone backordered;refreshed page literally 30 secs later and their was my shipped status and tracking number! arrives july 18 before 3 pm

i'm starting to get real discouraged...I ordered friday(july 11) , at 11:30 am, i checked the att site for the order numbers around mine I was 23, i searched five ahead and five behind, all received their orders yesterday...I talked to the rep at my att store, he just sounded confused for about 10 mins, as if he didnt know what he was doing or just pretended like he was doing something, and told me to call him tomorrow after two.
Yeah I really don't understand how it worked. Mine was the only one to come in today. plus i ordered on sunday
I just checked the "Queue Checker" and the front page says that there are 77,682 orders! i find that to be an unreal number (23,407 have been shipped).
18 total phones ordered from my store.

I ordered mine on the 16th about 130pm from ATT store in Waycross GA. I'm technically 17/18 ordered, 14/15 left to be shipped. Hopefully I'll get it before the month is up. If not, I'll go to Atlanta (Lenox) at wait in line for one next weekend.

Way crazy... I've been randomly checking the Zips/Order# and they're all real orders (unless ATT is making up #'s and names).
Started to cache both pending and shipped. The numbers are starting to show some movement.
There are two ATT stores in Lanc, Pa. One has 250 w/45 shipped and the other 120 orders w/40 shipped. Of course I chose the first one! Argggg.
Some stores must really be getting a lot!

Well I decided to bite the bullet and make the 100 mile drive to the closest Mall of Georgia and buy the 16gb White. I wanted black, but I'm ok with the white, in fact, I'm liking it a lot.
Anyways, I'm not trying to brag, I just got sick of all this DF crap from ATT.
I guess the good news to all of you is that I freed up 1 more 16g Black to fulfill a DF order.
BTW it was the Mall of Georgia Apple store and the sold out of all iPhones while I was in the store.

DF is crap, but I couldn't justify waiting in line at either an Apple store or AT&T store. Also couldn't cancel and go to an Apple store because I am in one of the states (WI) Apple stores completely sold out.
Seems the shipment for the past 2 days has been low ... I bet they are out of initial stock and sending them as they receive them from the manufacture.
I think you are caching enough data for making useful stats.
Would you make a separate table like this:
Date / # of total order / # of shipment / average time (day) from order to shipping

Finally something happens. My credit card was charged and now I can finally access the order status page. My status is "In Progress". I read that the site was slow and since my credit card was charged, I'm gonna hope that my phone was shipped. God I hope I see this thing tomorrow.

Ouch. Attack of the rabid iPhone DF orderers!!!
After days of lines and inaccurate stock information at the local Apple Store, I decided today to just go ahead and do a DF from the AT&T store. At least this way, I can wait from home instead of driving out to the Apple Store over and over and over and finding out they have nothing.
