I want a Labubu for nothing more than just seeing what all the fuss is about lol

I just looked up what Labubu is, and I've never seen one before.

I ordered mine right at 6:00am MDT and it is theoretically going to arrive next Friday.

People with bots. Watched a doc about it on YT. Some dude spending 2K a month on bots to snag inventory direct from Pop Mart when it releases. Regular people stand 0 chance with stuff like that in play. It sucks. I really have not desire to buy them but would be cool to just own one for the fun of it. Any recs? What's the average retail price they sell for before all the scalper/ebay markups?

It’s basically R&D for the foldable phone coming next year. Since neither the mini nor Plus iPhones sold well, I’m guessing Apple had muted expectations for it.

i remember when apple products were so hot this was a thing. lines outside stores on launch day. checking tracking info over and over. up early to get that order in lest it be a two month wait. they couldn’t make them fast enough. magic was in the air. those were the days!

the demand in numbers is higher than its ever been but apple continues to get better at predicting and being able to manufacture sufficient supply for launch or close to launch.

I haven’t seen a single person say they successfully checked out for delivery on the 19th. Every post I went through has said the 25th.

So I'm wondering if there was some kind of glitch.....because some people were reporting that the air was showing 9/25 delivery but 9/19 in store and some were showing 9/19 delivery.

I wanted pickup of Black 512GB Air in Los Angeles on 19th; completely impossible anywhere, even at the flagship Grove, which I am going to anyway for a Watch. One store had a 1TB; 256GB more available. Delivery is fine though. I expect initial production is relatively low and they're seeing what happens, and maybe trying to balance-load inventory.

The only ones I’ve seen are those who purchased from the carriers. Not the Apple Store. I went through 10 pages of comments on the “now live” article and not a single person had delivery scheduled for 19th.

preordered ahead of time. By 8:02am I was checked out. I store pickup was the 19th but delivery was 25th. I chose in store pick up since they normally want signature on delivery and I don’t think I’ll be home in time for when delivery is made. 17Pro Cosmic orange 1Tb.

Exactly...very well put...I'm surprised more influencers didn't mention this in their "hands-on" videos.

funnily enough, where I live, the 2tb pro max sold out faster than the 512 and 1tb I think

I do not think they made as many of the 1TB and 2TB models

Mines delivered 9/19. Ordered around 830. Oops. Clarify. Pro is delivery 9/19. Pro max is pickup. 9/19.

This is, legitimately, the first post I saw with a 19th delivery.

I completed my check out 1 minute after ordering opened up and it was already at 25th. Mine and all the other 10 pages of comments were all at 25th.

I ordered the 2TB Pro Max through Best Buy with 19 Sep as the delivery date.

Same for me they seem to have enough to preorder for the 19th well past 8:30 the biggest hassle was getting AT&T to verify my account so I could complete the purchase took half hour

Pretty much all variants in the “now available” thread. Mine was the 2TB 17PM blue. My email confirmation is 2 minutes after open.

I opened my link the SECOND 5am PST rolled around, was told to “wait here and until we can get you in the preorder”, waited about 8 min before I finally got in, ordered my blue 17 pro 256 with a delivery date of Sept 25. Not sure how I could’ve gotten in any earlier than I did, I assumed I was going to get Sept 19.
Also, in-store pickup wasn’t available, I’m in Los Angeles area. I also had preorder already setup from a few days ago.
I don’t really care, the date is fine with me, just don’t see how I got bumped when I was there right at the dot.

FYI, once tracking goes live, there’s a form you can quickly fill out on their website that foregoes the “Signature Required” stipulation. I started doing this because the driver in my area is a real piece of work and was waiting all of two seconds for my wife to answer the door before driving off. One time he walked up to the door, stuck the “sorry we missed you” tag on it then walked right back to his truck.
Anyway, after I started using that online form this nonsense stopped and he just leaves packages on the step normally.
