Everyone loves the computer generated images of the case. Lol.
How much would it suck if when the first REAL images come out that it's ugly as hell?
I agree, it seems cool but is hideously overpriced at $80 plus shipping and yet they are apparently selling thousands of them.
Wait for some reviews before spending this kind of money, not to mention that in all likelihood we will see a wide assortment of similar aftermarket bumpers for the iPhone 4 becoming available in the coming months.

Well to update an old thread I ordered the Joule ( Ipad Stand) on July 3, which if see web site says ready to ship. I have emailed them 3 times and left phone messages to just ask where the status of the order is. They charged my CC the day I put the order in. I just want an update, thats all. I dont care if have to wait, would just like some communication is all.
I also pre ordered the vapor but seriously thinking of canceling if this is the service you get once they have your funds. Im giving them till the end of the week and then calling my CC that they frauded ( sp) me by charging me and not shipping it.
Im just sharing my experience with them, take it as you want.

Apple charged me on the 18th for my white bumper and it just now shipped. I think you are going to be fine. Patience is a virtue.
Not even close, sorry. I can call apple and get an update, get a real person in seconds. Call them, you get an answering machine. And apple give you a shipping date to go by, not an awaiting fulfillment message with no clue on when it will be shipped. Sorry, not the same in my opinion.

Saw this yesterday too, I think they added it to avoid future liability. My case is getting a no logo option now though
I got it in plenty of time.It's harder to make it with a logo than no logo, so obviously they're on meds lol
I've ordered two cases from them before and had no issues with them so far. They estimated 7-14 days for the case to be shipped. I lived my life without worrying about it and within a week and a half it arrived. Now if it takes a bit longer than their estimated time then I would be slightly worried. But at the end the company can be a bit lackluster on emailing but I get someone on the phone pretty quickly myself.
Well - you were practically accusing them of fraud so I think you are a little trigger happy there. Other forum members have been able to speak to a live body at Element with some effort. I would imagine that they are quite busy with their thousands of orders for the Vapor case.
umm heellooo wake up. this was posted on their website after they promised their customers that they would make their orders without the vapor logo...
Again, I'm entitled to my opinion and would have had no issue if they didn't charge my cc that day. This is a normal CC and not debit tied. My experience is that most don't charge till its shipped and maybe I'm overreacting.
And frankly, I think they can make time to email people that have paid. IM sorry, but going on 11 days without a response to any email or voice message doesn't speak well in my opinion. We can agree to disagree I guess.
