Sure, here you go. I took it a few years ago hence the old Watch but hopefully gives you an idea. I haven’t worn it in probably a couple of years.

Lovely, thanks ever so much for that 🙂

I will confirm tomorrow by daylight but I'd say definitely Denim. Thank Ye, Master Of Bands ! :)
Confirmed! Definitely Denim ! Thanks again for your help! 👍

Cannot get over how good the braid weave looks twisting over the side of the wrist. I love this thing so much I can overlook the crazy gap issue, which is quite noticeable on the ceramic of course, especially that it leaves silver skid marks. Pacific Green makes quite the nice slant watch face color pair when you don’t go straightforward and match it to ocean or surf.

Totally agree! I love this band. I was so lucky to get one much sooner than expected. I ordered mine a few days after the event. Delivery date was set to mid-November but within a couple of days, changed to 23 September! Here's how it looks on my S3. On the second pic in particular the lug ill-fitting is quite noticeable but then, I believe Apple declares compatibility of these bands only with S4 and above.

I think my next one of these will be Inverness green. 😍

Got the Inverness Braided Solo Loop with my Graphite watch today, thought I’d share as it seems to fit pretty well.

Definitely the one I want now 😍

Which one is comfier between the solo loop and the braided one?
I can afford only one right now, and I'm conflicted. Size issues apart, the braided loop is more beautiful, but maybe less practical. The solo loop seems ok for everyday use, including sports or situations were you need to wash your hands a lot (I work in a hospital, i sanitize my hands a lot, I wear gloves etc..). I just don't understand why the solo loop is supposed to stretch, according to Apple, while the braided loop it's not. For people who have them both, what do you think?

Surely if you could afford one braided loop you can actually afford two solo loops... 😉

They‘re both very, very comfy, but the Solo Loop is the comfiest of them all because it is both extremely light and extremely soft. It is also even „stretchier“ than the braided one, which is probably why Apple added that caveat. I would personally guess that this stretching out will only really happen for people who wear their one and only Watch band every day and hence stretch their Solo Loop at least twice a day. For bandaholics like us who regularly change their Watch band, I don‘t think it will be a problem. But only time will tell, of course. In a workplace environment like yours, I would certainly go for the regular Solo Loop. The Braided Solo Loop, to me at least, is more a „smart casual“ band choice for evenings or weekends.

I find the solo loop a little comfier than a sport band but still less comfortable than a sport loop. I think it depends on how much you tend to sweat under silicone/fluoro. They sort of stick to me in a way that isn't a big deal but also not as nice as a sport loop. I will pick up my first braided one later today! I think it will be comfier, based on my cloth versus solid material preference.

I think the stretching out is more likely for men than for women-- men seem to have a much bigger difference in size of their hands versus their wrists. My hands are kind of collapsible/foldable, if you know what I mean, and I find a lot of women are similar. I really don't stretch the solo loop a huge amount to take it on/off, and given how many bands I have, I find it unlikely that this will be a problem.

do you guys see your collections as a hobby or an investment? Maybe both? And why?

I guess for me, I see mine as both. I find collecting fun, and it’s definitely a hobby hunting for them, but I guess it’s also an investment because when I buy bands, I tend to be pretty cheap, only buying them under retail, rarely breaking this rule. I’m sure most of you know that about me by now. My point being, when I decide on a purchase I think “Well if I buy this band at X price, I can always sell it for more down the road.” Then again... it’s that reasoning that’s to blame for my insanity.

Def more of a hobby than investment. I won't buy something outrageous like a $149 sport band from a few years ago. I do not need a band that badly. What's fun for me now, is finding bands that'll look sharp with the new graphite ss.

I do have regrets not buying a few nike bands however the last few years. The ones with the black stainless pin. Looks like Apple has done away with making bands with that pin. And now all those Nike bands are impossible to find.

The 38 woven CYR is $95 new, and I just found a 42/44 Sport Loop that’s $215 used. Why the price difference?
I have seen some CRAZY asking prices for the CYR sport loop on eBay over the past few weeks. Had been selling for $100-$125 and now all of a sudden they have jumped to $200-$250. Not sure what changed. Might just be eBay sellers seeing they can get away with more.

Found both of these on Mercari, but still insane prices!

Someone on ABM is selling theirs with I think a celestial teal loop and a woven Pride 2017 for $175.

Tried on the braided loop yesterday, damn it really is nice... Of course they had every color in my size (3) in stock except for the Blue one, which is my fave. Though I like Inverness as well. I wouldn’t even hesitate if these were $49, but $99, I don’t know... I do have $64 in my Apple Store account from some 15% off iTunes cards I was able to add.
Seeing it in person, Obsidian Mist is now at the top of my want list. Purple Pulse actually doesn’t look at vibrant as I had hoped. If I find a cheap one online I’d get it, but Hyper Grape stands high above it IMO.

Collecting is definitely a hobby for me, not an investment. Though it is nice to know if I wanted to sell them I could probably get back what I paid. I have never paid over retail for a band (actually never even paid over $50 +tax/shipping) and the vast majority have been half that.
I’m up to 51!

That’s exactly how my first 50 or so were. Never paying over retail, barely ever coming close to it. Now, things are different... I think my most expensive is still Light Bone at $95. At least it was new...

Guys, this is by far the most exciting day in my life. Probably. Not even 48 new bands released on an evening can top today. Probably. Nah, maybe.

I am thrilled to announce "Bandbreite", the app for your ever-growing band collection, is now available on the App Store! 🥳

Back in October 2016 I started this thread. Time flies. 600 pages later the chart is now an app. This is amazing and also unbelievable!

I want to thank all of you guys. A lot of you have supported me in the past answering weird questions or help me to figure out the last detail of information missing on the chart. I really hope the app helps you to organize your collections and to enjoy your bands even more.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our first beta cycle too! We've heard you, and we have some great ideas for upcoming updates. If you still have any requests or feedback, DMs and email are open to everyone, so feel free to send them at any time.

Talk to you soon!

Yeah this is exactly where I am. I really like the look of this band. It’s different from anything else Apple sells or has sold. And that Inverness keeps calling to me. But that $99 price keeps holding me back. If these bands had been $50, or maybe even $75, I would have gotten an Inverness for me and a charcoal to go with my wife’s gold SS on launch day. But $99 is metal/leather band territory and I have a really hard time swallowing that price for something that is made from freaking recycled yarn.

I know I’ll probably cave and get one eventually. Just trying to make myself wait until Apple’s supply constraints ease and I can get one at a more reasonable price on eBay.
