so, the Surf Blue and the Sand Pink came in, half the retail price.
I'm quite happy. I wasn't sure about the pink one, because I don't like the rose gold watch, but the band it's really gentle and nice on the eyes, and it doesn't clash much with my silver case, so I think I'm gonna keep them 😊

Ironically, this thread has now inspired me to stop looking for a new sport band color. Instead, I will appreciate more the OG Green I already own (the only sport band I purchased separately. I have black and white that came with watches).

thats funny..i wonder what would be my 1 watch-1 band combo...i think Pink Sand (Rose Gold pin) and rose gold apple watch tbh I think they both go so well together (which is why Apple has made them a standard combo since 2016)

Jeez, that's a tough question. I've never had only one band - I ordered both Black SpBa and Black LeLoo with my SS S0, and very quickly bought all the other colours that were in the OG set.

I guess if I could only do one I'd probably go SS with SS Link Bracelet (LiBr?), which coincidentally I'm wearing today along with a new shirt that I suspect needs a Bambou Hermes band.

My first band was a black Woven Nylon with my S2, but honestly it didn’t stand up well to constant wear.

I’d be tempted to say SBSS Link Bracelet too, but I’d keep having to take it off for work - a cheap third-party steel band wore the Space Grey finish off the corner of my previous MBP.

Part of me wants to say the Saddle Brown Leather Link, but I’d be too afraid to wear that in the shower...

So I think it would have to be a blue SB - maybe Blue Horizon or Delft on my S6 GSS.

Didn’t the Black Sport Band came with the SS S0? Mine did. They never paired the SS with the white band until much later.

If I had to go one watch one band I'd definitely choose my new Clementine band which just arrived today... on my only AW, which is my current silver alum S6.

Clementine was my mom's first name. She passed away a few months ago. So if I had to pick only one, it would be this one.

The SBSS S0 was initially only available with SBLB -- sounds like he (like me) bought that combo, along with the sport band on the side. Was definitely the right move, IMO. SBLB is still my favourite formal wear option.

Space Black Link Bracelet? I thought he got the SS, must have seen wrongly, sorry about it. I remember rushing to an electronics store on launch day when I was on a overseas trip in japan to get one of the SSS0 with black sport band. It was a great unboxing experience and I still have the thick white plastic box the SS came in.

My first additional bands were some third party red and black/volt trash bands off Amazon. They sucked. One fell apart, the other was thrown away.

First OEM bands were White and Midnight Blue on clearance at Walmart for $20. Got them for my birthday only last year...

I remember getting this with the nike black/volt, returned the nike and kept this as my daily driver for 3 years. Not until i started collecting watch bands this year. From 2 to 80 in a span of couple months. Thankfully i found a replacement.

I don’t know how I feel about patina. I can’t decide if it makes the band look better or worse!

Results are in, hibiscus in 40mm is definitely hard to get. Went nectarine route for now as it was very easy to obtain - seems like an OK match.
