at this point of the one-band-decision, id grep the Smokey Mauve/Particle Beige (Nike) Sports Band.. this was by far my most ambivalent buy =))
...or maybe the forest green leather loop?
...or the hyper crimson / neptune green... ??

good lord.. cant decide..

In cases like these, I like to recommend the plain black sport band.

If I had to go one watch one band I'd definitely choose my new Clementine band which just arrived today... on my only AW, which is my current silver alum S6.

Clementine was my mom's first name. She passed away a few months ago. So if I had to pick only one, it would be this one.

Beautiful name and lady! Love that her shirt also coordinates with the band! Hugs to you!

I don’t know how I feel about patina. I can’t decide if it makes the band look better or worse!
It’s 50/50 for me too. My old one fell apart after accidentally putting my watch in the washer one day. Then i started appreciating the worn out look, shortly after the sides started to peel off and the spring loaded buckle failed. Now i just baby the new one and occasionally wear the old one.

Wear the old one when you know things’ll get dirty?

Went to the apple store yesterday to return my size 5 inverness green braided solo loop. It was cutting my blood circulation, decided to exchange it for a size 6 product red. Gotta say i love it! Fits and looks so much better.

That looks amazing! Great the bigger one did fit properly in the end. I tried solo loops but was between sizes so it put me off them.

Thanks! I was literally between size 7 & 8 on their sizing guide. I went overboard on downsizing, took a gamble with size 5 and did all the stretching that i can, eventually decided that it’s not going to work and voila here i am.

thats funny..i wonder what would be my 1 watch-1 band combo...i think Pink Sand (Rose Gold pin) and rose gold apple watch tbh I think they both go so well together (which is why Apple has made them a standard combo since 2016)
If I had to settle for one band, it would be my SB link band, it is good looking, bulletproof, and can be worn in water and warm weather. Bought my first Apple Watch s0 with the black link band, and the band is still in great shape

Didn’t the Black Sport Band came with the SS S0? Mine did. They never paired the SS with the white band until much later.

Also, I think the original SS with Black Sport Band pairing is still my favorite if I was to go one watch one band.

The SBSS S0 was initially only available with SBLB -- sounds like he (like me) bought that combo, along with the sport band on the side. Was definitely the right move, IMO. SBLB is still my favourite formal wear option.

Space Black Link Bracelet? I thought he got the SS, must have seen wrongly, sorry about it. I remember rushing to an electronics store on launch day when I was on a overseas trip in japan to get one of the SSS0 with black sport band. It was a great unboxing experience and I still have the thick white plastic box the SS came in.
My S0 was a silver SS - still is in fact as I never sold it though the battery swelled up and the screen has popped off.

I happened to be in the UK on the day they started "fittings" in Apple stores, and I went to the one on Glasgow that had to be renamed recently but was Buchanan Street at the time. As I recall I could order pretty much what I wanted much like the Watch Studio, back then. I definitely had it with a black LeLoo and a black (silver pin) SB. The SB could have been the default I guess, but I don't remember it that way. I had left the UK before it shipped and had to have it sent to me in NZ, which was a whole experience I hadn't been prepared for, and it was something lime 29th May before I had it.

I personally never liked either of the blacks I got it with - they were just too black I think. I probably prefer Black 2 in the Sport Band, though the one that came with my SBSS S5 has never been worn. I actually do like the OG Black LeLoo on the SBSS however. I don't have the later very dark gray "Black" LeLoo, but I might like that also.
Results are in, hibiscus in 40mm is definitely hard to get. Went nectarine route for now as it was very easy to obtain - seems like an OK match.
Tell me about it. My joint collection with my wife will be complete from the perspective of having all the colours once my Lilac arrives (we still have some Edition bands to get, but I'm not concerned to get the different pin colours for bands we already have), but the Hibiscus we have is a sealed 44mm that I'm not opening. I really want a 40mm as my wife has all the other orange / pink / red series and is far more likely to wear it than I am.

I was able to borrow Graphite and snapped and color corrected as many shots as I could get from among my 44mm bands. No sport loops or LeLoos made the shoot. I’ll begin with the two Nike sport bands I had in mind since the GrSS shipped, Olive Flak and MT/AG, the case looks much warmer than reality, because of band editing:

Olive Flak works so well on Graphite!

I haven’t seen aGraphite Watch IRL, but presumably it’s the same as the iPhone Pro‘s edge?
An extremely fast and dirty shot, but yeah seems like phonephite is duller and darker than watchphite. Roughly the phone seems to be replacing space gray phones and the watch trying to be a dark version of the silver stainless?
