Never, ever, doubt the power of hundreds of thousands of unemployed crazies with nothing to do, Macbooks, and lots of rollover minutes to clog Fedex's systems...

I just received mine also and never did get any notice or email about anything.

Very odd way of delivery. I ordered 2 and only received one.

Not sure where the other one is?

Fedex states mine is still in Franklin, MA distro center yet it was delivered about 2 hours ago at the house.
 
GREAT! Now the earthquake is going to delay my iPhone from being delivered to my house in Watertown, NY this afternoon!!!!

Apple fanboys and unemployed...have you seen the prices of Apple products. You can only sell so much of your bodily fluids per day. :D

LOL, this morning I woke my 15-yr-old up from sleep to remind him to pay attention to the front door. He has missed deliveries repeatedly in the past due to over-immersion in video games.

I don't have a lot of hope he'll listen though...

My phone was at a fed ex center as of 845 last night 30 miles from my house...

any chance he will still deliver at my work... HE ALREADY CAME BY ONCE IN THE MORNING.. and dropped of an envelope..

I dont think he will ome again:(
 
I was getting concerned. I checked the Memphis departure time against flightaware.com, and knew that my phone indeed had landed in Albany, however, the tracking never updated. I've had the phone since about 10:00am and just got a tracking update that it was out for delivery. :D
 
There is still hope. My delivery wasnt in the normal fedex truck, they came by in a small van.

I checked FedEx and Simpletracking.com

both said it left Fort Worth Texas at 6 this morning. Im in central California Im not getting the phone today or possibly early tomorrow at the store since one is being shipped there. :(

Just found out It was the FED EX GROUND GUY THAT CAME not EXPRESS!!! I MIGHT SSTILL HAVE A CHANCE!!
 
Mine was just delivered. The FedEx guy said that there were 200 extra deliverys today in my area because of the phone.
 
Got it!

I just received it about half an hour ago. Activated in 2 mins and it's now syncing. I was in the same camp as many others where FedEx missed their estimated delivery time and the tracking of the shipment hadn't been updated for hours. At the end of it all, I'm holding the beautiful thing in my hands. Good luck to everybody! :)
 
Well, according to FedEx mine is still in LANTAU ISLAND HK and has remained there for the past three days, go figure.

Hahaha, just noticed - FedEx changed the font size of their warning about the delayed updates from Normal to Big:))))))

Go Apple fans go!
 
I got mine

My iPhone arrived today around 1pm EST from FedEx, even though the tracking status on fedex.com still says it's at the sort facility. Super psyched to play with my new toy.
