So, the few (and there were only a few) who said this was working "flawlessly" last night, how are things going today?
I can only get this working for hours at a time. Each time I get it working, AT&T stops it. If i pop my sim, put it in a different phone, send an MMS, pop back to the iPhone, it works for a few hours but then it eventually dies off.
Before I waste an afternoon attempting this, I'd like to get a better idea of the current success rate. If anyone has been successful (or not), would you mind putting your vote into the poll? [link]
Just read through these posts and you'll see that generally it didn't work. The OP states that for the ones who it didn't work, it was because they "messed up" a setting. I highly doubt that. But feel free to try this and "maybe" have MMS for a few hours.![]()
Following these steps, mine worked yesterday as long as I could remember. Waking up this morning, I can no longer send MMS. This is dumb I'm just going to quit trying.

Good call. We waited what, 2 years for this already? What's a few more months to have it working properly? To people who value their time this is just a total waste. After all aside from the "Does this work ZOMG!!!!" MMS message, how many do you really send out on a daily basis?
Well I'm 19 years old, so the majority of my friends do not have iPhones. They're simply too expensive. They do send out picture messages quite often. It's a fun thing to do. I can't receive them though without going onto that site to see them. Quite a pain. If I want to reply I have to go find their number and append the picture messaging email address onto it. MMS will be a welcome addition.
I mean if I could have it now, that'd be great. I've only got it to work twice though, once on my 3G for about a half hour, and for about half a day on my 3GS with this procedure.
I can wait, but if we are able to get it working and then it shuts off, what kind of workaround fix does AT&T really have to implement to get it to work? :-\

still working flawlessly![]()
Congrats! That makes two, maybe three out of all the people that've talked about doing it on here. Another thread has 6 out of 34 but the 6 may have stopped working for all we know. The point is, yours may work now, but that's just because AT&T hasn't swept your account yet. Why do you think all these others have their MMS shutoff all of a sudden? You've just been lucky, I'd guess.
Make that four...I think the OP may be right?
I'd wait a few days before being sure about that.
