It's so very frustrating! still in prepared to ship.
I called Apple let them know how disappointed I am because I could just waltz into any authorized retailer in Vancouver right now and get myself one. Whereas us, the royal customers, are getting screwed because we are all waiting for our shipments. Isn't that the whole point of pre-order? so I can get one FASTER then other people. Now all of us is getting them SLOWER then everyone else. What's the point to pre-order then?
This is such a bad customer relation management.
anyways, the agent I talked to could only offer to waive the express shipping fee, which is like, $13... oh well, it's not their fault but the darn Apple's fault.
Hey Apple, if you are reading this forum, make sure you can delivere what you promised! or else you'll just slowly slip into the position we all regard M$ as. Hey, you are already half way there with the iphone/ipod touch lock down, so why would you care eh? !@$#%
PS. what made me feel like such a jive sucker is that they LOCK you in with the "prepare to ship" status so you HAVE to wait for them to take their sweet time....
