NO U ARE WRONG! MY FRIEND. Not only did Apple release this feature first they also patented it first.
Samsung has had pressure sensitive technology in their note series phones for a while now. Nothing new. It's just no one cared about it because notes are not as popular as iPhones.
People need to stop this Samsung is copying apple crap. Yeah Samsung does copy Apple. But Apple copies things not only from Samsung but from the entire android family.
They all copy each other. They only platform innovating is windows phone but they are handicapped by their awful app selection.
And Apple filed there patent before Samsung did. And also released the feature first. But we all know Samsungs version will a 100% copy of Apples 3D Touch. No different than when Samsung copied Touch ID.The only problem with all the Samsung Copy comments is that Samsung filed a patent back in March 2014 for pressure sensative touch screens:

It's really not "people", it's the people who defend Apple like it's their mother. Outside of them, noone cares.Wow people get worked up in the "who copied who" threads... Who cares! Better phones will be made for all!
Huawei actually did.NO U ARE WRONG! MY FRIEND. Not only did Apple release this feature first they also patented it first.

It's amazing the short, selective memory of people and not understanding this.Let's all forget how Apple was NOT the first to announce a 3D touch screen phone.
It's amazing the short, selective memory of people and not understanding this.
Samsung should just change its name to Aplle or Aaple or something like that and be done with it.
Waiting for the day Apple will copy Samsung's wireless charging...
Instead of peek and pop, they can have pop and lock.
I just don't know how Samsung manages to sustain this level of innovation?
Since Huawei had it first, I don't see Apple going anywhere with this.It will also be quite interesting to see the effect of the Supreme Court refusing to hear (yes, they will refuse) the appeal, and it's effect on their innovation.
Just how different would their implementation of a "3D" Touch need to be for Apple to ignore? Perhaps $500-800 Million in damages every 4-5 years is in the budget?
IMO, the type of display will determine the litigation.![]()

Apple doesn't invent anything FIRST.
Yeah, they're just the first to get it RIGHThttp://www.androidauthority.com/samsung-patent-pressure-sensitive-touchscreens-354860/

Nah mate, live photos-- that is a gimmickWow, silly Samsung bought into the Apple marketing. Most people who I know that own a 6S , think of the 3D Touch as gimmick and a bit let down.
I hope there is some decent innovation in phones in 2016
And also pointed out several times, is that Apple wasn't the first with this. Huawei was.http://appleinsider.com/articles/14...sensitive-iphone-touchscreen-in-patent-filing
Edit: This was already pointed out.
