16GB RAM and the upcoming desktop mode, gaming aside I could have my all in one device that I can plug to a screen, mouse and keyboard whenever I need it. Nice to have options.

Bad move on the storage if this is true.
I would imagine the phone cost stays the same, just the profit margin rises
I just hope the storage is faster and that reduces the camera processing time some.

So are rumours saying no design changes, no camera upgrades (in fact one video I saw on Youtube mentioned a downgrade). The only upgrade is going to be the tensor G5? and a few new AI features. It makes me wonder why Google are going to release the 10 in the first place.

Base 10 is supposedly getting a main camera downgrade but adding telephoto, Fold is getting an upgrade (but only to the same camera on the 9a), Pro is staying the same cameras.
We are expecting better displays, larger batteries, and improved thermals. Same overall design though.
Most of the improvements will probably be software/AI stuff that most Pixels will get. And the Material 3 Expressive rollout.
It's going to be interesting, I hope that Google can increase the battery life on the Pixel 10 lineup. That was my main issue with the Pixel 8 lineup. Also I haven't seen many leaks in regards to the Pixel Watch 4, I hope the bezels shrink and that battery life gets better.
Some rumors point to finally adding true Qi2 with magnets and accompanying accessories (possible name is Pixelsnap).

I'm thinking this one might actually be a pass and I'll just wait for number 11. While I say that now as I'm talking into my P9PXL lol 
OnePlus 13. Even if Google raises the freq, it won't hit the levels that OnePlus and Nothing deliver. Leaves iPhone in the dust.
Keeping it at 128 GB makes sense in terms of upsells. I'd still start at 64GB if it was my decision in all honesty.
Google should maintain existing pricing as Samsung increased theirs. That's enough to deliver real value to consumers and shareholders.
