Wow.. my first successful thread where people weren't arguing with me :D

No allowance
I work as a Lifeguard at my local leisure centre
I earn about £200 A MONTH
not alot considering my needs....alcohol is expensive these days.

Think of it this way: you can get a EEE PC every month, or a MacBook every four months!

I get £25 a month!

I'm 17. I've been doing a paper route for a year now which pays me 30-40€ a month, which is totally not worth it. Right now, I'm in the middle of applying at McDonald's which will pay about 300-400 a month, so I can move out by the time I'm 18. Wish me luck.

I've just turned 18. For the last 6 months I have worked full time as a Printer at a local company, handy because it means transport is free (my feet) I'm currently on £5.80 an hour @ 40hours a week. So I guess you could say I have a real job :p

Oh, and I do Video editing on the side, but have yet to make any profit, haha.

So far I have managed to get a Powermac G4 as a fileserver, a 2008 2x3.0ghz Octo-Core Mac Pro (cost around £1780 I believe), and a 32" 1080p Toshiba HDTV (got this for a great £580 in a sale) And of course the weekends when I usually just go out with friends.

Dan

I'm 19 (I'm still young dammit)

I work 8:30 till 5:30 monday to saturday, (EDIT: I work 5 days, getting 1 day (usually tuesday) off a week)

I don't know what my hourly pay is but I was on £800 a month, from march I'm going up to £1000 a month, plus commission :D

I can get 2nd hand goods for very very cheap too, iPod classic 80gb for £80,0 Xbox 360 for £85 etc, it's awesome, if I told you where I worked, you'd all ridicule me though

I'm 16 and blog at a website about high definition. Generally about $115/month, but it does go up every so often.

I'm sure there are a wide range of minors on here, a lot of them with all sorts of gadgets and Mac stuff. But how do you afford all of that? I'll start...

I'm 15. I'm a Wii reseller and I'm beginning to sell US iTunes gift cards overseas, what about you?

I work two jobs, one at a video gamestore and the other is a Day-Care site manager.

Gamestop is for fun, child care is for MONEYYYYY.

(For any kids wondering what they should do for money during high school, go to your local park district and grade schools and apply for whatever day-care program they have. I had the job all through high school and will continue to work it until I find something that pays more for the amount of work I do.)

I'm seventeen.

Through a program with the FAA, I work for both Lufthansa and the Indianapolis airport. Lufthansa has pretty much paid for a lot of my mac stuff (iPhone, iMac, macbook air) and they're constantly having me update to the new hardware... I don't mind at all.

In terms of money, the program is about having the experience in the aviation industry, and I don't walk away with more than $3000/year. But since they pay for my expenses while working abroad on school breaks, I don't mind too much. Good opportunity to learn, travel the world, and meet new people.

At the airport, I basically oversee all United, US Airways, and Air Canada operations since I'm already on the Star Alliance system with Lufthansa.

I'm 14, I work at my dad's graphic design/website business/ebay for $20 a day, but I am trying to find a way to make some other money on the side.

I work at Mac's and previously made General Minimum Wage. I've worked there for 3 years now. My boss always thought Student Minimum Wage was a crock and refused to pay that. Little while ago we all got a heckuva raise (I wasn't complaining!). But, next year is college, so no new toys for me.
