I get my premade pizzas from il Forno, which looks like it is part of a chain, but it isn't. What I get from there varies, as the wood firing makes everything taste better (so does the fact that their breadsticks are fried).
When I make it at home, I usually use fresh cut pepperoni, olives from the olive bar, and capers. Sometimes I'll throw on different toppings, but those are the usual.
Some of the best pizza I may have ever had was Old Forge style pizza from Alfredo's Pizza Cafe (as opposed to the hot circle of garbage from Pizza by Alfredo). Deep crust, intense but mellow cheese, good toppings...it was awesome.
