How do you take your PIZZA?

I get my premade pizzas from il Forno, which looks like it is part of a chain, but it isn't. What I get from there varies, as the wood firing makes everything taste better (so does the fact that their breadsticks are fried).

When I make it at home, I usually use fresh cut pepperoni, olives from the olive bar, and capers. Sometimes I'll throw on different toppings, but those are the usual.

Some of the best pizza I may have ever had was Old Forge style pizza from Alfredo's Pizza Cafe (as opposed to the hot circle of garbage from Pizza by Alfredo). Deep crust, intense but mellow cheese, good toppings...it was awesome.

Home made (crust, sauce, etc). More NY style than not, not I'm not particular.

We make the best pizza. That is all.

EDIT: I should say: Onions, (quality) pepperoni, roasted peppers with garlic, fresh tomatoes hen they're in season, mozzarella with (quality) parmesan on the crust, black olives, mushrooms. Good quality ingredients really do make all the difference.

How is the flavor of coal fired? There is a place not too far from us, but it is usually such a long wait on the weekends that it just doesn't seem worth it.

I like the all encompassing loaded pizza with everything on it. (standard meat and veggies) I'm not picky as to where it comes from and my wife and I do often make our own at home. My choice is thin crust, but that's not always possible since pizza is definitely a sharing food.

We have a place here in DFW called Fireside Pies that is really good if we want to go out for restaurant fire baked pizza.

what do i do when i only have pizza to eat? I take all toppings and cheese off the pizza. I then have a side of vegetables to go along with the pizza, so its basically like I am eating a side of pasta.

Then what the hell are you eating? Crust?

Anyways, my personal favourite has always been a nice thin crust, cheese, potatoes and bacon

personally my favorite is simply sauce pepperoni and cheese. I prefer thin crust especially ny style, however on occasion I enjoy a Chicago deep dish. I can't eat much of the deep dish because the ingredients taste very rich to me.

This is the best pizza in the world IMO....pepperoni and green peppers, deep dish with the tomatoes piled on top...cheese on the bottom....tons of spices!!! Have not been able to have one in five years and it is killin' me....I live in NH and the one I used to visit is in KC!

They have company locations and franchises.....maybe I should open one here in the East!!!

Ready to be flamed but honestly I like Dominos with Pepperoni and Pineapple. Yes, a chain pizza could be my fav type.

Yeah, and I am in Keene- Our best is the local wood-fired pizza place....only choices are some really bad local places, Pizza Hut and Dominos.

I love this thread because I can tell my funny pizza delivery story! I wouldnt do this nowdays but...Several years back I used to love to order a pizza for delivery and when the guy/girl would show up, I would answer the door completely naked and see how well they could maintain professionalism while trying to count me back the correct amount of change. Never had one that could do it-they would always give me too much back or drop their money. I would just giggle, give them a tip and shut the door.

I like thin crust, Hawaiian or veggie lover's. It usually comes from Pizza Hut or Costco frozen section. I used to like going to CPK, but don't have any near me right now.

I HATE cold pizza, even re-heated pizza is gross. The grease from the cheese and toppings solidifies and is gross!
