My girlfriend and I have been using the bumper since we got our phones. I ordered a couple feather cases last weekend and got them today. I had one on my 3gs and absolutely loved it! I really wish I could say the same about the 4. Unfortunately, the camera holes are off and do cause slight problems with the flash. The feather for my 3gs saved my phone from a couple drops, but I think the iphone 4 will require a little more protection.

That said, the case looks fantastic! It is very minimalistic and sleek. Pictures don't really do it justice. It makes the bumper look ugly by comparison. I hate to put that overpriced piece of rubber back on my phone, but it will have to do until I can find something else.

One thing I noticed after installing this case (maybe its the same for any case) but my reception bars don't drop anymore! Full bars 95% of the time now. Will ocasionally drop one bar but thats it. It's a beautiful case, only negative is the camera hole cut out on the back.

Does anyone use the Feather with an invisible shield? I have the IS on and tried a bumper but hated it. So I wanted the next thin case, and I think it's gonna be the feather. I really LIKE the fact that it doesn't come up past the screen, that way there's no chance it it messing up my IS.

i own the iphone 4 feather and used the screen protector and did not get the doughnut around the front camera

i did not use any special way of applying it

Just received a couple of these cases this past Friday and while I like the case design, color and fitment, the camera holes are misaligned causing flash issues. I didn't spend $299 on a phone to have my photo's skewed by a $25 case so, unless another case manufacturer can get this right, we're going to continue using bumper cases while we wait for PS to release their front/rear protective films.

INCIPIO Feather in UK

Finally found a seller in eBay UK can give me a promise delivery date.

They will have the matte black in stock on Tuesday, and start to ship on Wednesday.

No real protection in my eyes. Looked cool but wasn't what I wanted. Hard to take off because of the full body IS I think.

It was a Radio Shack I got it from. I returned it my local RS who didn't ask me any questions yet they did not carry it nor the i4.

I've been researching cases and just ordered this one. To me its probably the slimmest and sleekest looking case you can buy. I've read it doesn't have much protection, but for me I'm not too concerned about that. If I was into protection I'd get one of those heavy duty cases. The main reasons I'm buying this case is to prevent the reception issue problem and give the phone a bit more grip when holding it. Having two flat pieces of glass on each side makes it really slippery to me.

I also don't care about the flash issue people are having, since I hate using flash on any pictures I take.

I just received my Incipio Feather case and it fits on my iPhone 4 perfectly. I have a Zagg IS on the back and a cheap screen protector on the front. It's a beautiful case, but unfortunately, it messes up the flash. Trying to decide what to do next...

I just got my matte black Feather case. I love the fit. Apple Store employees were checking it when I returned my Bumper case today. They loved the feel of it.

I haven't noticed any flash issues yet, the alignment seems better than some were reporting. The flash hole could be slightly larger just to be on the safe side. I'll update here after I take more pictures with it on.

It is also fits in my Griffin Elan Holster Metal case. My Phone 4 in its Bumper case didn't come out very easily.

It's definitely a great case, but I have good news for all of us.

I emailed Incipio today and received this response:

So all 4 are pics with flash right? My tests with flash didn't really show any difference and all pics with flash just sucked. lol

all 4 pics are with flash, the two on the right have the feather on, the two on the left don't, it rotated the pics for some reason when i uploaded, but you can see that in the bottom left of the pic there's a kind of washed out aura, more noticeable in the top pair
