What sucks is that they're still allowing people to purchase the old bad batch. Like me. I ordered one yesterday and they shipped it today. Here's hoping that they sent out one of the new ones. If not, I work in irvine and will have to show up at their footsteps and demand a refund. This is so stupid.

I didn't have it on long enough to run into the flash cutout problem. I just don't like the new squared-off shape of the iPhone because cases like the Feather are too "sharp" against my hand.
I'm going for a screen protector on front and the SGP leather cover on back.

I thought about the Casemate barely there but like others have said, not really liking that hole showing the apple logo. Mainly because that's just a welcome mat for dust and debris to come in and collect.
This case absolutely resolved my reception problem. I could get the bars to drop to 0 while holding naked but with the case, bars stay full 95% of the time.
I've tried contacting incipio about exchanging/replacement but no response from them. Can anyone provide an email they used? Thanks

Finally got mine today. The case fits beautifully and has a wonderfully soft-touch finish. Much preferable to the CandyShell's hard plastic, I think. Hopefully I'll be able to get a free replacement for the flash issue, but until then I'm still pretty happy.
I mostly like the feather, but two things really bother me.
1) The camera hole is misaligned. Hopefully the new version will fix this issue and we'll all get free replacements.
2) It doesn't work with my headphones (Westone UM1s). The case does not leave enough room around the headphone jack. I can force the headphones in but then the top left corner of the case snaps off. Ugh.

How did you guys contact Incipio for a replacement?
I sent an email to customer support a couple days ago when I saw this thread and haven't heard anything back from them yet.

Email from their site. It did take a couple days for them to get back to me. Give it another day or 2.
I sent an email to support@incipiotech.com this morning and received a response a few hours later.
Oops - I thought I sent it two days ago, but it was just yesterday. I'll wait a bit longer.

Just received a response back from incipio. They said it'll take approximately 2 weeks to ship out the replacements. Very happy with the case. Can't wait until they fix the camera hole. All my iPhone buddies love the look of mine and will be picking them up as well.

So I've had my Feather for exactly a week now and I'm noticing some frustrating things. Yes, like most of you the camera hole doesn't fit properly and the flash causes issues with pictures, but most importantly the rubbery coating is starting to peel off on the corners.
Now, I haven't dropped the phone at all, and only keep it in a holster. the fact that this is happening after just a week is unacceptable. I have attached a few pics of what I'm talking about.
I haven't emailed Incipio, but I will soon. I know some of you have gotten on their list to get a new case shipped out when the have the corrected units.

I had the case-mate barely there for 3GS and i hated the hole. i get hairline scratches where to logo is
that's why i went w/ the feather this time for iphone 4.
Ive had the same problem.. But it only happened when I put the phone in the same pocket that contained my keys. I believe the case wont peel like that as long as you make sure that nothing else is in your pocket that cam scratch/rub on the case with a sharp edge
