It's been the case because usually Beta 1 is more visual and surface level implementations of the new iOS and then they start adding the big features in the future betas which often came with the big bugs. But as others have said, since this is more of a quality of life and refining release of iOS, it could be different this year.

Finally installed the iOS 27 beta and it’s pretty good! I was watching a bodycam video on YouTube and I asked Siri if it had an update on the case, and it answered and gave me a news article! That was pretty impressive.

Will we get beta 3 next week?
