Hold down OPTION and click Update in iTunes and select the IPSW file.
They fired Scott Forstall coz he was as strict as Steve Jobs. Steve himself cannot argue with Scott when something went wrong. Scott was a perfectionist. We all know it.

Now I'm getting an error message when I try to update through iTunes with the ispw. This keeps getting better and better.
"It just works... Eventually"
They fired him because he didn't get along with Ive, and Ive > all.

Don't know if it is possible for you - for now, I have forwarded my calls to another phone while this mess is sorted out
You shouldn't use the bendable iToy (iPhone) "for business purposes".I totally don't have access to a computer now, won't do until later today, and I use my phone for business purposes... now what?
Can't restore.
"The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build.". WTF.
Edit)
I downloaded ipsw file but, Option-Restore iPhone button doesn't work. After checking server, it displays "Are you sure...", then it doesn't display file section dialog. I guess Apple blocked the button now.
Waiting...
