Wifi sync has always been temperamental, especially on Windows. Sometimes I can get it to work fine, and other times it just refuses. This has been the case for me since they first launched Wifi sync.

It's marginally better with OSX, but not by a whole lot

Does the iCloud Drive document picker work correctly?

At the moment it constantly crashes - literally every time I use it in PDF Expert, Documents 5, Scanner Pro, and Transmit.

Anyone else experiencing this (it happens when I browse folders, such as Preview, with lots of sub-folders) and is it fixed in iOS 8.1?

Here is the issue I'm currently having:

1. Connected to wifi
2. Bluetooth to lg earbuds
3. Playing music from iTunes Match via iPhone.
4. Still the same as I just updated to 8.1 beta 2

My phone is extremely choppy with the music and constantly just stops playing any music all together. The wifi connection at the gym is 15mbps down so it definitely isn't a speed issue based on the speed test. Worked fine on my 6, but not working with my 6+. Don't have the 6 to compare to anymore.

Anyone else having this problem and or any fixes?

My wifi works, I have lg earbuds that haven't had a problem.
No iTunes match.

(6+)

My issues:
Safari reboots with an error message below the address bar. Happens every time when I try to load theverge.com comments.
General lag in some parts of the OS, I have a one month old device, really?

And the fix the weird animation for video rotating from vertical to horizontal.

There's a bug with Control Centre and the Home Screen when you swipe up as usual, then it dismisses and an app from the dock launches instead... Annoying as hell, has this been fixed? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure you're not just hitting the app with your thumb as you swipe down? I don't have this bug, nor does my wife.

I'm swiping it wrong? lol

But seriously, no! I just swipe and it goes back down and an app launches :/

Mine is fixed. I don't see no status bar overlay in a imessage picture, you still have that problem

You're the first one to say that it's been fixed. I just find it hard to believe that everybody else is having this issue except you. But good for you.
EDIT: apparently there's a few other folks who are not seeing this issue. Just to be clear, when you open a picture in the Messages app and make it full screen, do you not get the status bar showing up over the picture?

Does the notification bug still appear?

E.g.
Someone sends me a text.
I check the text.
I exit messaging app.
I still see the "1" indicating unread message.
Bend phone in anger:mad:
Blame Apple.
Repeat.

I have this same issue and really do hope it's fixed in 8.1. I was on the phone with Apple for an hour trying to fix this with no luck.

I definitely do not get that.

'm on IOS 8.02 and I have an issue with air play. When I stream video to apple tv from my iphone or ipad I use the lock screen pause when I have to pause. But with IOS8 whenever I pause from lock screen the whole video is stopped not paused and I have to restart it all over again.

Can someone confirm if 8.1 beta 2 has fixed this issue?

Wifi Slow & Drop Outs

Can anyone using IOS 8.1 Beta 2 confirm if the wifi issues has been rectified?.

If it hasn't, my shinny new iPhone 6 is being boxed back up and going back.

Thanks in advance

I am running iOS 8.1 beta 2 & I have no issues on my home router, but I still have issues with my work router & I am not the only one - a fellow employee also has the iPhone 6 & has the same issue at work but not at home.

So I can confirm that it is not 100% fixed. Also note that I have had my iPhone 6 swapped out due to this & the problem happened on both devices so its likely that its a software problem.

Well this is the thing...... If it's software, why hasn't anyone at Apple admitted that there's an issue, certainly one of this size.

Myself, and others have logged this issue with Apple and all have had the same response that "This is the first time we have heard of this issue and suggested doing a full restore".

I feel that holding out until IOS 8.1 is released isn't an option and to be honest I can't really be doing with all this BS so the phones going back.

Thanks for your response.

Nope. That is not happening for me.
