How do you know? They may give out vouchers in the morning like Best Buy did in the US.
I am so glad I bought it on the US site on the 11th, had it sent down to my US head office and had it shipped up here to Vancouver. I just got both iPads today, cracked it open and lovin the new iPad!!
Good luck to all in Canada. hopefully it is not as bad of a gong show as the iphones have been. So glad I don't have to worry about lines, stock etc.

Remember it will be available online in Austrailia , and all the EU countries hours before its available here... Might be a 3 month wait
hopefully they will. It's odd that this morning i saw at Bestbuy's website (http://www.bestbuy.ca) that they will being giving out vouchers at 10am and you can get it when they launch at 5pm. however, I just browse to their website now and that 10am thing is gone ... hmmm...
My wife just told me to go to Future Shop at 8:30 and wait and, if there are no vouchers ..... just sit in my chair until 5:00pm!!

Well I'm in the GTA and I've sold old phones and a couple iPads from the US last year on both sites. Personally, I always thought Craigslist seemed really sketchy and believed Kijiji would be more respectable. I was wrong. The responses of the people who contacted me through Craigslist were far more reputable. I had no one trying to trade tickets or saying their uncle works at Mastercard and could credit my account for the amount (Kijiji responses).
I sold 1 iPad to a real estate agent and 1 to a mobile marketing firm, both through Craigslist. My iPhone 3G I sold though Craigslist as well and got really normal responses.
No idea if this experience is true for everyone, but I would probably list on both.

i listed them on craigslist. Will try and do kijiji (had never even heard of it) too although it seems to be less active.

The Apple Store at West Edmonton Mall is staying open until midnight on Friday for the iPad 2 release. Wow, they must be expecting a lot of stock.

I just got off the phone with Apple's customer service and the woman i spoke to said the iPad goes on sale at 1 am PST, not EST. can anyone else confirm this? That would be 4 am EST, oh boy
