I think FelineTech is right. My problem started after I bought my Apple 12 mini leather case...
PS-the case is awesome, minus the screen issue

The case is nice. I agree. However, the problem happens whether you use a MagSafe case or not. And the fact that changing finger sensitivity to the screen with MagSafe on, also points to it not being the sole cause, in my opinion. The touch capacity is affected with a case and Apple needs to fix that.I think FelineTech is right. My problem started after I bought my Apple 12 mini leather case...

there are 12 generations of iphone.....its not a gen 1 product LMAOAnd once again, GEN 1 problems.
Indeed, not in those exact words. It was more along the lines of "Just avoid holding it in that way." which can be twisted to mean "You're holding it wrong and you should avoid doing that."Steve never made the comment. I don’t know why so many people continue throwing that line out into the water.
Touch the camera lens while you press the torch button. It's not ideal but it works until they fix it.I can confirm the flashlight button barely works on my mini lock screen.
Flashlights are commonly referred to as “torches” depending the forums you frequent.I’ve never heard anyone refer to the flashlight button on the Lock Screen as the torch button lmao
ha that actually works well. what a weirdo issueTouch the camera lens while you press the torch button. It's not ideal but it works until they fix it.
torch = light = flashlight!I’ve never heard anyone refer to the flashlight button on the Lock Screen as the torch button lmao
I can confirm this is the case.If you have a case and no screen protector, it works fine. If have a screen protector and no case, it works fine. It’s when you try and use both at once that the problem shows.
You better believe that! He would actually would use the Mini before release and make it prefect! It would be his phone and you know Jobs, he demands perfection! It would bug him to death and that means hell to pay for his subordinates until it is fixed! This would never happen if Steve jobs was around
