I bought a official white bumper from the apple store yesterday, and i like it a lot more than the ebay white bumper I got. The official bumper feels and and looks much more polished and professional. The rubber is not grippy either, unlike my black bumper and ebay bumper. It feels smooth and is easy to take out my pockets.
I regret getting the bumpers from ebay. I should have saved my money for the official apples ones.

Is the whole thing hot pink or just the part that goes along the side? I have the "official" apple bumper and the rubbery part that comes over the screen is very light pink and the other band around the sides is hot pink... and I don't like it. I'd like more of an all hot pink bumper, so if that's the case, I'll buy one from gong wie!

Anyways, I decided to go to Apple and get some real ones since they got all colors in yesterday! Lots of bumpers. Ill post up compare bumpers pics in a little bit!

Got my Orange Gong Wei bumper today, for $10 its very good. about the same thickness as original black and white ones I have. Fit is pretty tight and it did cause some of my zagg to lift up just a bit on the bottom but I got it squared away.
Overall its a very good alternative if you don't want to spend $30 plus tax to get an original.

Just wanted to chime in to say I ordered the 17 dollar bumpers from seller yumelectronics. I got white, and got it today. I'm very pleased with the quality. When compared to the official apple bumper, the only difference is the buttons are shinier than the offical bumper's matte polished metal.
Having said that, I picked up an official black bumper from the apple store today and am having a hard time choosing which one I want to keep on, the fake white one or the official black one. I'll also be getting an orange one from Gong Wei soon.

Then again, the metal band has been naked the entire time I've owned my iPhone 4. I still have no scratches on it.
The plastic band is hot pink and the rubbery part is a little lighter..like a light/medium neon pink
I'm interested to see comparison photos.
Ill try and get them up tonight! I was having issues with my flash on my regular camera bleeding out the pics. But I will try tonight!

if u are having wash out, put a small piece of white copy paper infront of your flash, it'll diffuse the flash and also put your camera into macro mode
Got my pink one from Gong Wei today! I'm very happy with it. I don't have a real one to compare it to, but I doubt anyone off the street would be able to tell the difference. The buttons do seem a little cheap/plasticy, but they still look ok and are much easier to press than the ones on my Scosche bandEdge and give better tactile feedback, so I'm happy with that. The volume ones do seem a bit loose, though. It's very snug, especially because I have phantomskinz side pieces on, but it wasn't difficult to get on even with them. It hasn't affected my SGP Oleo front at all, but there's a small bit of bubbling on the edges of my phantomskinz matte back. However, pushing it back under with a fingernail seems to solve that problem, we'll see how it holds up over time, though.
I'm taking my breaks here at the UPS hub (yes I work for UPS) and no I don't get discounts! Lol! Anyways I will take some good pics of the white I got from digitmall and the white I got from Apple!

Well to tide you over I'll explain the differences! Digitmalls white bumper is more on the rubbery side where the rubber is! The apple white one is more plasticy if that makes any sense! Digitmalls has the side buttons that are more chromy! I noticed the negative volume"-" button is cockeyed! I think that's how you spell it! The rubber on digits is more yellowish and the apple on is gray ish! Digits is tighter! The finish on all digits buttons are not as nice as apples! Hope that helps you!
