business? what business do you do which requires a mobile phone? unless you have a low-grade job which requires on-call immediate start working conditions to keep a paycheck, you don't.

As a marketer for UMG, and on contract for Polydor, and AVEX. NO executive will text message you anything, and anywhere you go, one of the first things which are said is "put your phone on silent or get out".

It seems to me, all these "social things" for "friends" don't actually go anywhere and sit on FB and text message each other what they ate for lunch

edit: but dont misunderstand me. people like me love mobile phones and FB. we are taught and encouraged to embrace those markets, as it is super-cheap marketing with high-yield rates to suck money out of the fools with our dirty tricks

Gosh aren't you the sophisticate. I do believe you actually think we might be impressed with your name dropping. Sorry that gets a bit tired to most adults. Perhaps mobile phones might seem redundant to you but the rest if us have what are termed friends and family that we need to speak to ans yes I even use it for work sometimes. And as someone who lived through the 80's and 90's, not having a cell phone to contact aforementiomed friends and family was very often a major inconvenience. Of course, if you have no interest in all mobile phones why are you even bothering to post?

Mute Switch

Moving the mute switch to the right side makes sense considering iOS5 is activating the volume switch to act as the camera button. Eliminates confusion as to which button you are pressing.

iPhone 5 cases is now everywhere in China!? Why!? So the chinese can have the case first 1 year ahead before the official release!? The rumor is, September release of the iPhone 5 or 4s then next year other countries. If it's eveywhere in China the cases are available who wants to buy them!?

I did a search on alibaba and there were a lot of new cases you can see that Apple reverted back to the iPod touch design. The home button is round in these rendering though.

I thought the iPhone 5 would HAVE to use mini USB and so wouldn't have the iPod dock connector (as seen in these photos).

Or would Apple have a phone for the EU and a phone for the rest of the world?

Nope, nothing needs to change to be in compliance. The current Apple cable (USB-A male to 30-pin dock) and charger (mains power to USB-A female) meet the requirements of the agreement already.

iPad Resolution for iPhone

What about if they went with a larger 4 inch screen with the same resolution as the iPad. (1024x768)? This would keep the resolution at retina levels AND a lot of apps are already written for this resolution.
