Is anybody getting a iPhone 6 plus on launch day via sprint.com?

We are fairly positive there isnt a launch day Iphone 6 plus through sprint. Theres either the 3 week batch or the 4-6 week batch. The website was down most of the morning. Some people were able to log on approx 2ish AM PST. If you ordered it before 9 AM PST, you are in the first group.

I ordered 2 iPhones 64gb 4.7 silver from sprint.com one at about 3:05 est and one at about 3:50 est because Sprint's site was so locked up.

I can tell you between the two orders there was 6,057 orders.

Both orders still say they will try to get them to me by the 19th.

Also Sprint charged me in full for both phones and my Sprint account is showing a $600 credit, so I guess when they ship they will pull the money from my Sprint account for the phones.

If it wasn't for the unlimited data and the cheaper plans I would of left sprint long time ago. Sprint is always getting craped on... Hopefully we get the phone before October.

Thanks for the information. The larger display is the one thats taking longer due to limited supply.

Thats funny. I ordered my first 64GB iPhone 6plus at 3A and the second at 3:25A and the difference was about 3000 orders.

I guess these numbers mean nothing if we don't actually know their product inventory but 6000/hr would mean we're 18,000 orders in. And, considering its a short supply item and we're dealing with Sprint, that just doesnt feel like something we'll get "earlier" rather than "later". I know a few people ordering directly from ATT at 12:10-12:30 and they all got notifications for a Late October release. So I'm a bit worried since I wanted this before my vacation...

I agree. Its better in the bay area. I moved out to the central valley and its awful. Thankfully I finally said something and am supposed to receive the Airave thats supposed to boost the signal in my home (1 bar). Fingers crossed it works.

When I check the status from the order number I received by email from Sprint. It just says the order number is incorrect. Yet they charged my card. I ordered the grey 128GB 6+

When did you order?

It varies by location, here in my area, North Denver. We have a lot of sprints Park Towers, which is very fast. I had a Samsung galaxy S5 at one point, regretfully, however I was able to test up to 63 Mb down from Sprint using sprint spark.

So in my area Sprint is pretty darn amazing.

I would call Sprint direct.

Well its safe to say they had about 6,000 to 7,000 in the first hour, but who knows how long they kept up that pace.

Also Sprint is giving me $200 for each of my iPhone 4ses, so this upgrade was a real win only costing me about $100 for each phone and the $36 activation/upgrade fee per phone.

Ordered 350am east coast

Called Sprint. Even though they charged my card and can see that I placed an order. They don't show that the order even went thru. The person I spoke with said that he can place a new order for me. But I wouldn't get it until mid-November and I'm better off placing the order thru Apple's store or to try going into a Sprint store on Friday and see if they even have them in.

I called sprint today and will be getting my 6+ 64GB on the 19 because I went into an actual sprint corporate store on pre-order day. I don't know how true it is though

Yeah and I'd be a little pissed if in store preorders got priority over us crazies that were hitting refresh over and over at 3am.

So I am new to this forum, but need some opinions..

Live in Omaha. Got on computer at 2 am, when pre orders went live..site was down for over an hour. Finally, at 310, I was able to get my pre order for a Silver, 16GB I6+. On my order status page, it says..

Your pre-order for the 16GB iPhone 6 Plus is at our warehouse. For delivery, please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time you place your order as we anticipate high demand for this new product. Keep an eye out for a shipping email with your tracking information. Thank you for your patience. For the latest shipping timelines, visit sprint.com/preorder.

So, the next day I called Sprint..talked to a rep. Little pissed because I was up and got my order in right when site finally stopped crashing. He said based on my order time..that I should be in the first part, of the first group of people to get their IP6+. He told me I should have a tracking number by the 19th, if not sooner. If I didnt, he told me to call in and check on it.

My question is..does anyone who ordered the iphone 6 plus..think there is any chance of getting it on or around the 19th?

How it was relayed to me by the Sprint rep I spoke with on the phone. If you didn't order in store and your account says that you're still elegible for an upgrade. Then your order didn't go thru and to call them for a refund. They'll give you an authorization number to call your credit card company to release the funds.

I did the iPhone for life option..basically leasing it. My account now says I am not eligible for an upgrade for 595 days. Lol.

When did most of you pre-order?

I tried at 3AM EDT on the 12th but Sprint's online store was down. Checked it the following morning and it was still down. So I ordered through Apple. Then I checked Sprint's site in the afternoon and it was STILL down.

I don't remember the site being that bad when I pre-ordered the iPhone 5 through Sprint.

Remember when Sprint FINALLY got the iPhone and they signed that $15.5B iPhone contract? I'm really curious if part of that deal ensured that Sprint would be given enough launch inventory to fulfill their early orders.

Over on the ATT.com side then people are getting screwed over left and right. Order a 6+ at midnight on ATT.com, get a Late Oct delivery date. It seems like its because Apple hoarded all the inventory for ATT devices so its really got to be upsetting to those customers. But what about Sprint? Honestly, with issues like CDMA. Easy Pay. Small userbase. Shortlived progams like Framily/OneUp/SERO. etc then I could really see Apple preferring not to deal with Sprint upgrades themselves.

What do you think? Wishful thinking or crazy thoughts. I really hope that Sprint fulfills early but I've been a customer too long to have that much faith...

What do you guys think about the new Sprint I phone for life plan ? It seems like it could be a good deal.

The way I understand it you can get either the 4.7 or 5.5 for 20.00 a month, but I am assuming that's for the 16gb model. I tried to research but could not confirm that it was indeed for 16gb. Anybody know for sure ?

I hate sprint so much I switched to T-mobile.

I think there's still a chance since they say up to 3 weeks.
