Change to Tmobile One how? I didn't have to switch to order the iPhone 7. I ordered one on Friday at 11am, and another on Sunday.
You're missing the point, they are apathetic towards non-scripted issues. Seldom will someone there go above and beyond to fix an issue.
I am not surprised though as what would a 3rd world country know about CS or quality.

Not when I am forced to order over the phone or in-store. In store reps hate doing jump with many claiming it's no longer available. The problem this year is that JOD customers received no promotional incentive whatsoever, while EIP customers basically got a $400+ credit minimum.
Promoting a service and then basically abandoning it less than 12 months later is bait and switching. Considering Iphones are released once a year, Iphone users only jump once anyway.
This year I am just cancelling all jumps and switching to Apple's upgrade program... something I should have done last year.
They recently changed the promotion without telling anyone..

I just hate that the T-mobile stores in my area never had the higher capacity, that's why I had to order them. And the closest Apple store is 2 hours north of me.
And what would a third world country know about self entilted douchebags demanding retribution for the grave injustice of having their $1000 device (which is likely the reps yearly salary) delayed for a few days?
