I'm wondering if we'll see even more stock come back in tomorrow as people who have had payment issues have their orders cancelled for not resolving today? (I saw someone earlier in this thread say they had until tonight to fix)

I'm missing data for the first 28 minutes of reservations, so it's a bit useless for that - sorry! There were no Jet Black Pluses, but were some Jet Black non-pluses (but they all went quickly). I wasn't expecting them to have be using this system again, so I wasn't prepared
As a little undocumented bonus for those here, if you're using the iPhone current stock checker, you can append ?store=RXXX (where XXX is your numeric store ID) to only view that store, or if you're waiting for a specific model, you can add ?only=Plus to view pluses, or ?only=Jet for jet blacks, or basically any part of the model name, and you can combine these, so to view only 128GB Plus models in Bath, you can use https://code.gladdy.uk/iphone/?store=R335&only=Plus+128GB
I know the massive table is a bit of a beast - especially on mobile, so this might help
Apparently noone in the London area have had any change to their delivery dates (Plus, blacks)
Now im slowing down and properly reading that chart - I cannot believe that they have had zero stock of the Plus models at all, now I see why everyone is saying this is the ********* launch ever, c'mon Apple im sure you can do better than this..

This doesn't so much apply to the iPhone 7 orders, but to the 7 Plus Black orders.
Many people here have moved up from 27-29 to 20-22, but all Londoners seem to have stayed the same.
Anyone else think it's nonsense that stores won't have any for people that queue? Seems silly stores opening specially at 8 for the handful of people that have managed to get one reserved for in store pick up.

And magically we'll all get it delivered on Friday....
Yup. I'm confident they'll have stock. Just look at how many non-plus phones are still available for reservation right now. Usually, all the reservations fill up and they still have a small number of walk up phones available.
They'll be advising people to reserve, and i'm sure the people on support chats just assume all stock is gone (but they won't know what's going on in retail stores) - but i'd put a lot of money on them having stock.
We're a special group of people here who understand how preorders work, but to a lot of people, they'll just read the iPhone is out on Friday and think they need to queue like every year, and Apple won't stop that. If anything they like the press

I'm in East London (Canary Wharf); ordered on the App - hammered away from 8am till the page finally loaded, and ordered smoothly via my Pre-Favorited choice of 7 Plus 256GB Matte Black.
Confirmation email was received as an 8:05 order confirmed 6-8 business days 27/29 Sep standard shipping.
At 18:25 Friday evening I noticed I was already bumped up to 20/22nd September.
Obviously I'm checking the app just as much as you lot hehe, and while I don't want to be too greedy, there has been no sign of further bump-age since. I'll be sure to let you know if there is!
As a side note, immediately after my phone order I put a separate silicone case order in too, while slated for a 15th to 19th Sep delivery, it remains sat on 'Processing' although I don't really care about that as passionately.

I've ordered the same model and colour as you, (Im in south London) and I got confirmation at 8:03 but I've not had a bump yet!
Thought I would share my experience. I ordered the Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus 256GB. Got email confirmation at 8:04am and the email stated the iPhone delivers 26 Sept - 3 Oct. I live in Manchester BTW. My status still hasn't changed from processing. Wondering if anyone else also ordered the same and has had any changes to status?
I ordered a £20 a month SIM only deal from EE, to go with my iPhone 7 but just noticed that they have credited my bank account with £2 and then there is also a debit amount for £2?? My estimated bill date is 12th October with a payment date of 20th October, according to the order confirm email?!

Whats the deal with the Upgrade program when you get the phone delivered to your house? I am happy to pay outright, but if this would guarantee me a phone next year and with no interests I am really tempted.

The £2 charge is for the credit / security check. EE collect your monthly payment via DD approx 7 days after your bill is generated. You get your first bill approx 24 hours after EE set-up your new plan.
Same times and same progress here. From what i see on the specific UK 7 Plus JB thread this seems to be the case for all 7 Plus JB 128 orders. EDIT. Manchester (ish) here too.
Not just to appease you, but I'm not entirely sure my main email provider is delivering emails on time... I was actually surprised to get the confirmation so soon!
I have email alerts from a motion sensitive camera on my front door sent to that email address and last week felt like they were delayed so I added a gmail address too... the same email sent to both gmail and my main address at the same time comes through delayed to my main address, anything between 10 mins and 4 hours! Unfortunately my iTunes account is tied to my main email address.
I have been reading a few other blog posts and they state that shipping dates for the JB 256GB iPhones were Sep 26 - Oct 3 right from the get-go. Not sure if this is 100% true but considering the fact I haven't found anyone in the UK who has ordered the same iPhone as me and getting it delivered on launch day, it is making me believe there is some truth to it.
The upgrade programme can only be done in store. If you pay full price and get it delivered to your home you'd have to take it back to the store return it and then purchase the phone on the upgrade programme. The plan guarantees you a new phone every year provided that you pay your monthly instalments and trade in your iPhone after one year/pay of the balance. However you are not guaranteed of getting the phone you want every year on launch day. Many from the US were not able to reserve the phone they wanted on the upgrade programme for launch day.
