Yup Ipad Air 2 has just updated and is running terribly slow as it normally does after a major update to do the indexing etc so better to leave it for a bit whilst it does what it needs to and then it'll be running blazing fast.

I'm on 10.0.1 also and it's been fine. 10.0 on beta though was awful!!

It's almost enough to make me switch from Spotify, which has been doing the same discount for years. But alas, no 'Spotify Connect' feature, and the Discover Weekly / New Music Friday generated playlists are fab.
There is always a drain on a new install or iOS update. The phone is indexing all the files and setting the software up in the background. Give it 24 hours and it should stabilise.

There is really no need to apologise. Most of us take things for granted and most of use complain about our pre-orders when they aren't going the way we want when such things are pretty trivial compared to the things some people have to face in life which can be hard and tough to deal with.
I've been on the GM since Sept 7th as I was a beta tester and we got the final version after the event on they date and my battery is still terrible even today. I'm not that mithered as I should be getting my new iPhone 7 this week so hopefully it'll be better on that.

I have always restored from back from the beginning. I don't like the hassle of re-downloading everything and I like everything to be the same each time.
Same thing here. I did all the betas, and halfway through (5 and 6 if I'm not mistaken) battery was very good!!
7 and 8 took a dip, and 10.0.1 since last week has been equally crappy... 6s
I upgrade my iPhone and iPad every year without fail. The one exception was when the iPad 4 came out 6 months after the iPad 3 and I couldn't justify it. I like to have the latest and greatest and can afford to do so.

Returning my Apple leather case as really not happy with the finish, there's like crease looking lines in it. Have ordered another, but the wait is 2-3 weeks now... Ggggggrrrrrr!
I had the app open of my phone and iPad and the web on my MacBook and despite constant refreshing it too me ages to get in. Like maybe 20 mins so I doubt it would have made a difference.
I'm an Apple addict since the first days of the iPod and my first MacBook. I have had every iPhone except the 2nd model (iPhone 3G - was pointless for me as no 3G in my area at that time) and the iPhone 6 much to he surprise of EVERYONE who knows me. For the latter I was contemplating getting the watch instead but never did.
This time I have gone for my first Plus model because I love photography and taking photos is one of the main things I use my iPhone for.
Apple Music is free just for 6 months but EE rep I spoke to flagged that as an existing all music customer it might not work. I guess I could sign up to the offer with a different Apple ID. Tat said I looked on the EE website and Apple website via all the links on the offer and nothing on those to suggest we can't.
Apple Music would be good addition to tariffs for the whole contract - ie included alongside the data allowance etc. so you didn't need to think about separate payments.
I have this too but when my matriculated status ends next summer I Might switch to family membership as hubby uses my Apple ID and I can never get on half the time as get message saying it looks like am listening on another device!

You might want to try in store on Friday. You never know you might get lucky and they may have them in stock.
Nearest Apple store is Covent Garden though (I work in Mayfair) and will be rammed. Plus, I'm going on holiday the day after, so will be busy at work and won't have the time to go there.... Never mind though, both the case and phone will come while I'm away... lol
