Yeh I've seen stock arriving at different times, so yeh, maybe it is a new allocation!
Just going to point out, if you check the John Lewis app, you can get order any iPhone 7 for pick up on release day but NONE of the plus models
Yeah but its only the 7's that you can pay for on the 14th and collect on the 16th. It says nothing about collecting 7 pluses on the 16th
Pretty much confirmed NO jet black modes ready for launch day

If i remember correctly i had a similar order date on my old 6 and apple watch and got them for well before expected. so fingers crossed we have a similar situationI'd be happy with the 20th as a delivery day, don't get me wrong Apple if you are reading, I'd love it to be here on Friday! If anybody wants a 7 you're in luck, John Lewis stocking iPhone 32gb and 256gb in black, gold, silver and rose gold, however no 7 128gb or ANY plus models available

When the orders go live tomorrow there will be zero Plus stock, and the following 256GB non-Plus stock:
256GB:
Jet Black - None
Silver - 20
Gold - 10
Rose Gold - 10
Black - 20
I didn't manage to get any info on the 32GB and 128GB non-Plus before the glitch stopped.

Not many at all, don't see plus models suddenly being available between now and 8pm tomorrow either. Have just read there's roughly a higher demand for the 7 over the 6s by around four times

Every time I have ever restored from new, the data from the Activity app is not backed up in iCloud. I believe it's only backed up when you do an encrypted iTunes backup?
That's online stock, and the online always gets the lion's share of the stock (e.g. Apple Pencil launch - online got 100+ at a time, stores got a handful).
So yes, almost nothing.

Sprint as well Verizon and AT&T haven't released figures yet, Apple aren't bothering and I doubt uk carriers will either

Yeah I hate to say but it's not happening, John Lewis is a big retailer and part of a massive group, behind Apple and carriers they're up there's as a big store for Apple to use so I really don't think very will be getting many at all
Exactly what I was going to say, if that's what JL have surely Very must also have no plus models? I'd never even heard of Very until I read this thread, so I can't believe Apple would allocate them more than JL.
