You don't think it's a bit bad that hundreds ordered, maybe, a minute or two after you 5 days ago and have to wait 10+ days, while a few people ordered the same phone an hour ago *today* and are also getting it on launch?

Yeah, I can understand why you're defending this. You're getting a phone on Friday. Lots of us have just been queue-jumped though, so you'll forgive us for being a bit peeved by John Lewis and Apple's "special arrangement."

Fingers crossed my order goes out for dispatch tomorrow. It's still saying delivery on the 16th September, money has been taken, phone showing up in support profile and order is currently sitting on preparing for dispatch which it has been since Friday night.

Well I can't say I noticed the lines until 8pm when the lines were through every phone except rose gold. I chose the black model at around 19:50 and it said order from 8pm. It was only at 8pm that there was text saying 'out of stock' on the black model. It could've said this before 8pm if there wasn't stock.

Yeah. If people in Australia are getting notified Thursday morning, hopefully people in the UK will get notified Thursday morning too. It's 2130 in the UK.

I live in the UK.

I'm in the same position as you. Still says processing and the money was taken days ago.

I've been checking the reservations every morning from 6AM and then I got lucky. Hardly queue jumping.

On JL they had 2x iPhone 7 256gb in silver left, payment went through ok.

Reading on here it seems the stock quantity may have been wrong due to a cache issue, is it possible I won't get the phone now?
 
Just read something about Apple removing the Headphone connector, Saying its wrong, they shouldn't have done it, To be honest i don't really see what the big deal is personally i've never been able to like headphones and beats headphones i hated them not the sound or anything like that but trying to get them out of your iPhone i had them for about a week then cable broke, i mean i if the headphones are good sounding with great battery life and don't fall out of your ears then i'll buy them so i mean maybe i'm alone on this one but for me i'll sign on the dotted line for that.

So that's my take on Apple removing the Headphone connector, I'm interested in hearing your opinions too,
