It's the same for both, we cover the devices for 2 years but both manufacturers also cover the first year, our arrangement with Apple is slightly different they do cover the first year and they cover a lot more than us during that first year and we advise people to exercise their manufacturer warranty as if they send it away for testing with us they would be without a handset for 7-10 days. When Apple are playing by the rules it's a same day test and exchange, it must depend which manager is in and who's on the Genius Bar. Most of the time it's okay but there is issues every month.But what is the top level agreement between your employer and Apple regarding warranties compared to the agreement between your employers and Samsung?
It's not so much an agreement with us, it's the manufacturers warranty they must provide by law.
