I've found the best time to get one online is at 10pm! Buy it outright for pickup then change it over to IUP if that is what you want. I managed to hold out and picked up a Jet Black 7 Plus 128GB from Belfast yesterday after ordering at 10pm on Saturday night. Paid via PayPal and there was absolutely no bother changing it over to IUP in store and the refund was even in place for my order before the payment had come out of my card so PayPal cancelled the transaction.

Overall, a brilliant experience and very helpful staff at Apple, Victoria Square in Belfast

Hi there - wanted to thank you for this tip. I may be speaking too soon but your tip has still been helpful. Happened to see a jet black phone at the Stratford Store yesterday afternoon, so I went and picked it up. My husband saw it and decided he wants that rather than a matte black (haven't picked up the matte black so will just return without opening so can be sold). I remembered the 10pm time you quoted so I went online and quickly reserved one at Covent Garden for today! Without that would have had to try to check all the time!

Thanks!

Not sure mate, phone was beeping today how 128 jb+ was available at festival place and west quay. If they get stock it'll probably be updated on system in next hour or 2

I just reserved one in Brighton. Awesome.

Shame my Matt black is out of the return period!!! Going to have to Ebay it.
[doublepost=1476269232][/doublepost]Lots of stock today. Check if you want a jet black.

Brighton, Covent Garden, reading and Basingstoke keep popping up.

Any trade in sites give close to full money on 7 plus?

Anyone here one of the lucky 3 who reserved a 256GB JB Plus at Covent Garden?

I got the Pushbullet notification, had a minor freakout, and due to the stupid phone code malarkey, JUST missed out on reserving!

Silver lining is that it looks like the London stores are finally getting 256 JB Plus stock (at least that's what I'm telling myself haha)

I had a 128 jet black right there but the only reservations were for 15 minutes time in Covent Garden. I was working, in Blackfriars, wasn't gonna happen :(

As an aside, how did you know there were three?

@l3uddz python script uses https://reserve.cdn-apple.com/GB/en_GB/reserve/iPhone/availability.json which doesn't show quantity of stock, just that there is some at a particular store.

curious if there was another way you knew what stock they had!

Honestly, I don't know. I got 3 notifications, at 11:24, 11:25 and 11:26. So either that meant there were 3 phones, or (and this one now seems more likely now that I'm thinking a little clearer) there was at least one phone available for 3 minutes...

For Covent Garden to last three minutes I'm sure there were more than three.

yup the latter is correct.. there could have been 1 or 100 during that period!

Why is it when ever I go on the Apple Store to look at reservations I always get told to come back at 6.

Go to the link below and then click on "reserve an iPhone".

http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/iphone/iphone-upgrade-program

If you go direct to the reservations page (e.g. because you've bookmarked it), your browser doesn't load the authentication code that's on the first page which Apple put in to combat automated reservations.

EDIT: Using @Jinjin's link directly will yield the "come back at 6" error once your authentication cookie expires.

Thanks Jinjin and Brookzy, I've not been using a direct link, just going onto Apples site clicking on iPhone 7, then scrolling down to the upgrade programme to get to reservations. It works at 6am but not through out the day like it appears to for others

its the same link I've had book marked for the last month without any problems used across 2 macs, iPhone and iPad
Oh I see. For me I often get the error if I don't go via the start page. Maybe I spammed it too often... :p
