They are not unfortunately, because of the camera hump.
Am I right in thinking that Apple have hiked the silicone case from £25 to £35?
Think for the 7+ its 39 for silicone and 49 for the leather

Anyone know if the cases are the same compared to the 6+/6s+
Also is there an actual EE update thread
I changed my mind again after going into apple and holding the plus. This time on the app i managed to get a slot to go pick up on launch day! No waiting happy daysYou could always try John Lewis?
What a rip off! 40% increase on the silicone case for the 6 and 7....correct. Even all the Sports and Nylon watch straps are all up by £10.
I ordered the 256GB 7 in Jet Black, ordered & confirmed @ 8.06am direct from apple,
dispatch: 1-2 weeks, arriving between 26 Sep - 3 Oct
did anyone manage to get a Jet Black confirmed for September 16th?
Ordered the same but with a delivery date of 18th Oct - 31st Oct... RubbishI ordered the 128GB 7+ Jet Black and that will arrive between the 4th to 10th Oct![]()
Not quite the same thing but my girlfriend had to get the Rose Gold Beats Solo2 Wireless (student offer) on back-order. A few weeks, they said. Ordered on the 3rd, it estimated delivery for the 13th - 20th.A word of optimism for people with late delivery dates (like me!)...
These days Apple are very conservative with their delivery dates. I remember the days when things would always arrive at the end of the window, but now things have changed.
When the Apple Watch came out, I had one on order with a 4-6 week wait time. It came on launch day!
When the 12" MacBooks came out, they arrived before the delivery window.
When the Space Black Milanese Loop was added to the range, it was shipping in "5-8 business days". It shipped the next day.
And there are no walk-ins this time round. Surplus stock won't be going to stores. It will go to fulfilling orders sooner.
There is hope!!!
No harm in asking. Doubt that you'll get any joy though.I have a 9am reserve slot for the iPhone upgrade programme. Currently reserved 32gb 7plus gold. Reckon I could ask them if they had any in black or higher size?

I believe the 'price hike' is due to the strength of the pound actually. Thank the people who voted to 'leave' Europe. It's a similar story across Europe and 9to5mac had a story about this. What a rip off! 40% increase on the silicone case for the 6 and 7.
Apple really do take the pi** sometimes.
The fact that we're getting b*tf***ed with pricing by Apple...
The only unlocked iPhones are sold by Apple. If you buy an iPhone from the likes of carphone warehouse, very etc it will lock to the first sim card. I thought everyone knew this.
[EDIT]
From carphone warehouses website:
"iPhone will lock itself to the network of the first SIM card that is used in the phone. Subsequently attempting to use it on any other network, for example by replacing the SIM card, may mean it becomes permanently unusable. SIM free iPhones can only be used with a UK-network SIM card, and will not accept foreign SIM cards."
Do you know that to be true, or are you speculating? Others say not eg: John Lewis. People take things they read online to be Gospel, guessing doesn't help anyone.
Same here in Australia. Was $1079 for the mid level iPhone 6 in 2014, but since then our economy has hit the fan and we are no longer $/$ with the US (now 65c to the $). Hence, the 7 is costing me $1229!I believe the 'price hike' is due to the strength of the pound actually. Thank the people who voted to 'leave' Europe. John Lewis's phones don't lock.Do Very iPhones lock to the network of the first sim card installed like John Lewis? If so am not interested!!
Did anyone get a 7+, in black, 128Gb, to be delivered on 16/9?
It sucks, but people are misdirecting their anger at Apple (I'm not implying you are!).Same here in Australia. Was $1079 for the mid level iPhone 6 in 2014, but since then our economy has hit the fan and we are no longer $/$ with the US (now 65c to the $). Hence, the 7 is costing me $1229!
