Anyone having issues with the system saying that you're not enrolled in the iPhone upgrade program when you actually are?
 
Not true. I ordered on my iPad via wifi. Worked just fine.

Unfortunately delivery somewhere between Oct 4-10 for 7+ black 128GB, having ordered by 12:15 PDT. Not happy with that, but oh well.
They've now slipped to November so you're still a month earlier than some people
 
From what we can tell, I don't believe so. The earliest arrival date I've seen (mine) is 26 Sept - 03 Oct
I have a reservation for 9/16 at the Apple Store. I just checked online and the 128GB models are now 2-3 weeks but the 256GB model is still available for 9/16.
 
OH! Forgot to mention this is the first black iPhone I've gotten sense the original iPhone. Had white/silver phones since the 3g model. My Space Gray MacBook just looks so damn nice.

What a horrible ordering process.

The option for selecting Apple's program came available 50 minutes later, and once selected, it says they are no longer taking Apple's "new every year" upgrade orders till next week !!!

Just terrible!

The order site has "Chat now", but they are not even open at this hour.
Just a messed up order process if you are on Apple's upgrade program!
 
My Apple Watch order (Series 2 42mm Space Grey Aluminum Black Sport Band) went through quickly but after numerous attempts to order an iPhone 7 Plus (Regular Black 256GB) and multiple "Password not entered correctly errors" from Verizon, I received a Reservation (!?!). It's the first time I have ever seen a reservation before.

Hoping that everyone else's orders have gone through smoothly. Good luck, friends!

If you can't get passed the 'Verizon billing password' it's the last 4 of your SSN, or a 4 digit pin that you set on your account. NOT your login password to the Verizon site. Just a heads up.

Just order it for in-store pickup and they can take care of it when you are at the store. That's exactly what it told me to do.
 
I am not buying this year, but this is ridiculous. This year you can't order when using wifi, you have to use mobile signal. What is it going to be next year?

Yeah! My WiFi and LTE on iPhone app didn't work for me and was forced to use Edge Network. Says delivering July, 2017 AND the confirmation email called me a "Jabroni". My feelings are hurt! :cool:

So Lame. The system would NOT let me just order an unlocked Verizon or Sprint CDMA phone. I HAD to link it with my Verizon phone/account information and then it would not accept the data I input. Last time around you didn't need to enter any carrier account information if you pay full price for an unlocked phone. When I logged in I had the 256 Jet Black in my back from prompt delivery. Now they are out to November.

NO!!! I've been on the site since 11:55 and was able to get as far as choosing the phone and selecting the payment plan but for some reason cannot get past this page? I hit next step, the loading circle comes up, but it just stays on this page forever. I've tried using another browser, doing it on my phone, through the Sprint Zone app (which is entirely down on my end), with no luck :( WHY SPRINT


Ok, its just not me then.

I go to my account, manage this device, upgrade this phone, circle shows, then then it shows a page with no upgrade option and the continue button is greyed out, then an oops something went wrong message.

When I preordered my iPhone 6 they had their phone lines open and I was done in ten minutes while their site was still crashing. How can you not have customer service available on a preorder night?

Yep, I got on pretty early and they only had Rose Gold available. Eventually I got the message you did. What a disappointing experience.
 
T-Mobile's website isn't working at all. Pick out the phone I want, click "upgrade" and then...nada. Oh well. I'll try my luck w the remaining launch day stock at local stores like always. Luckily I have Fridays off and can get down to a store right as they open, have always had luck that way.

same here, tried different browsers, clearing the cache, Tmobile's site is locked, can't get past the "upgrade" button :(

Got mine but it says only the account owner can pickup (Verizon) even though I'm part of the plan and paying for it full price outside of a contract.

Is this true?!?
 
Your only chance at getting a Black/Jet Black Plus model on launch day is directly from Apple if you're Verizon. If it was anything like last year don't bother going to Verizon/Best Buy/Target early. Not one Plus model in any color was received that day in my surrounding area.
Yet all the regular sized models are in stock. Didn't Apple learn this last year? Make more Plus models!!!!
 
Meh. Trying to order since 3am. I can't order on AT&T Next through Apple because there's one more payment due for my 6S (and Apple can't handle that part). I checked my upgrade availability yesterday and told it to pay the last payment so i would be eligible for an upgrade. Apparently that didn't happen. Been trying through AT&T since about 3:05 and the website is crapping out. Lame.

Yes. I'm already on the program, and selecting that pay option was not available to me. It became an option 50 minutes into the order window, but then they said they weren't taking any more orders. I got screwed for being an Apple Upgrade Program user.!! Just horrible.

I'm on the main Apple website right now (US) and the 256GB jet black is still saying 9/16. 2-3 weeks for the 128GB. Verizon.
 
is there a way to pay in store so I can sell my iPhone towards the 7? or is there any way I can sell my iphone 6s and put it towards the 7?

Odd. My info came right up and I have a 9/16 reservation. Just reserve a spot at the store for a full purchase and let them figure it out next week.
