You do know that the term "eskimo" is offensive right? Like the n word.

Er... Not quite.

Grew up in Alaska. It's super common. It's a shortened form of the word Esquimaux and they even use the word Eskimo to refer to themselves.

It might be seen as "offensive" in Canada, BUT THIS IS 'MERIKAH.

What happens if u pre sign and your not here. And They leave it on the step and it gets stolen. What happens then? My son is graduating from kinder that day at 12p fedex usually gets here at 3. I may not be home in time

I believe FedEx and Apple are not liable for theft or damage to the package after delivery.

I think accepting the delivery of one of apple's babies is more important than your kids graduation.

j/k 🙂

The Pre-Sign form is basically a liability waiver. You sign it, they leave it. If it gets stolen, too bad.

You -CAN- instruct them to take it to another address on the form (like a neighbor or your building manager.)

I think so to. Ill just wait until Friday

Its probably like black, in the 90's black was sometimes considered offensive, and everyone was freaking out if you didn't say african american, but now everyone uses the word black to refer to african americans. Its really hard to be politically correct in this day in age.

I got that email about an hour ago...at 10:58 PM PDT. 🙂

The phone arrived at the OAK Fedex facility at 10:09 PM.

In my area(rural Missouri) it's still African American for most people and "ni----" for imbreads.

It sounds to me like there was, perhaps, a shift in strategy possibly aimed at reducing the load on the servers on the 24th.
