iPhone will deliver on June 23rd email proof....

And that's exactly where a huge shipment of iPhones has remained all day.

My birthday is the 23rd which probably explains the early release date
 
It could very well be true because here in france stores are opening at midnight on the 24th which is 3pm on The 23rd in LA. Wouldn't it make sence for younguysnto get it on the 23rd? It is world wide release.

Wow just checked tracking number and my Phone is in Oakland not far from my house!!!!:D:D:D:D
 
GAH! I really wish I would have pre-ordered on the 15th! Now I have to wait in line while all of you are playing with your new phone :(

You have no idea! Along with all the other apps I use daily, for months I've been tracking every calorie I eat with an iPhone app. It's driving me crazy not to have my iPhone at my disposal--I feel so disconnected when I'm not at my computer!
 
I got the email as well. When I started reading this thread I thought it was totally false. Checked my email, and there it was.
 
I just got this email as well! WOOOHOOO

I actually thought this might be a sick joke from a spammer and was about to put it in the spam folder then I came here and realize it's from apple. looool YESSS I knew i made the right decision preordering from apple.com. :D:apple:
 
I just received the email from apple that I will be getting my iPhone on the 23rd! :D
 
Got the same email. I have 2 orders from apple (cancelled my original one from AT&T once i got shipping confirmation from apple :cool:).

First one was ordered at 5:53PM PDT (per order info on site) and that one is slated to be delivered on Jun 23 before 10:30am per FEDEX tracking info.

Second one was ordered at 7:35PM PDT and that one is slated to be delivered on Jun 24 before 4:30pm.

Can't wait !!!
 
Just got this email as well. Great news! My original projection was the 24th. I can't imagine why apple decided to do this except for possibly taking some of the load off of AT&T with activations.

Fed-Ex is still stating a 24th delivery, however the phone is in Oakland as of the 21st (I'm in Los Angeles). Last year I recall my 3GS scheduled to be delivered on the 23rd, but was held until the 24th. It might make sense to get pre-orders out early in order to ease up the activation process. we'll see!
 
This is odd,

I preordered mine on june 15th 1:30 pm CDT and its still in transit in ankorage alaska? But it says it will arrive june 23rd? but my other two orders are in oakland and say they will arrive june 24th....im not sure about the email though it goes to my dads account and hes sleeping lol.

Anyone?
 
Bahaha ignore my previous two posts in this (as if anyone is reading them anyway). I just got the email. Hope it's true.

Lets hope this is true! If your all's orders are being shipped a day early, do you think that chances are high for the mid-July orders to be shipped early as well?

Same here, I never got any type of email like this regarding delivery times last year with the 3GS and was also day one.

However I'm still not convinced I'll get it the 23rd and won't be until it's in my hands. Let's hope it's true, though, that'd be awesome.
 
+1 for the email. Very un-Apple like, however.

Although I saw mine was in Oakland this morning and I was definitely wondering why it would take three days to deliver to So. Cal. Go Apple!
 
I didn't get this email. My Fedex tracking has always said and continues to say that delivery date (est) is the 23rd, however my Fedex man told me today he thought it would be the 24th. And I recall in the past, the iphone was always held until the store launch day.

I did get an email from the Apple store dated last night that says my order "delivers by jun 24".
