Waiting on my mod case still. Overall impressed with quality of CrashGuard compared to previous generations. Material feels a little more “hard” and sides and bottom MUCH sturdier and tighter to phones sides. White looks good on black phone

So I’ve used my K11 for a day and I gotta say it’s my favorite of the three I’ve tried so far (Mod, Fusion). The squared off edges do make it easier to pick up and handle. Overall handling is the best of the three because of that and the TPU how they’ve infused it. Grip has always been my biggest problem with any case and I haven’t had any issues with this one. It does make the phone a little bit bigger overall compared to the Fusion, which was the one that probably felt the smallest of the bunch.

This one’s a keeper! But it’s only been a day.... lol.

Now I need to find a car mount that’s easy to get the phone in and out of since I can’t use my magnetic one with a bumper.

Oh, and I don’t have any issue with the buttons. They are somewhat stiff but I haven’t had issues using them. I expected an adjustment from the Fusion since that had cutouts for the buttons. I think I have the revised edition of the case.

No need to pay $25 for this bumper. I bought the same one on ebay for $2:

Looks a little different in the photos but I received it last week and the design is the exact same.

As for a review, it looks and feels great. Very slim. Buttons are nice and firm.

Design is not the exact same. Post pics of yours and let us compare it. Also there is no white and silver option for the iPhone X in your link which is something seriously laking in all of the bumpers I have seen

Nice review. I can’t wait to try the Nova bumper. I may prefer the more squared off-ish feeling.

Can you post some photos, because yeah it does look different. Does it protect the screen when you lay the phone face down?v Also, what color did you order? Thanks

I got the jet black one. See photos attached (sry for quality, used old iPhone). It does not protect the front of the screen when you lay it face down - there's a lip but it's very small.

Does this case make any drop rating claims? Just curious or if purely aesthetic? I know GRFX has been following this thread so hopefully they noted all our gripes and complaints and made dreams come true lol

I believe their site mentioned this has a 9 foot drop protection. Pete, can you confirm this?

I'm a little bit confused. Which bumper is more popular or most people buy? I like it slim as possible. Thanks!

both Nova and Lunar are very slim and feel like it is part of the phone, not an addition. However, if you want the absolute slimmest "feel" I would say the Lunar is the way to go. Nova makes your phone feel very much like the iPhone 4 with it's more squared (yet still subtly curved) edges. It's all personal preference TBH, both are awesome. I'm currently rocking the Silver Nova and love it!

Thanks for the photos. I have to agree, it does look awfully similar. I wonder if the lip on the Lunar will protect the front glass? @walds11 or @ducatiti can you comment on this?

Both look great, and its also great that you use the cases and contribute here. Id really like to know if the front glass will be protected with either case, or which one more? Like for laying the phone down face first on a hard surface or in case my X slips out of my pocket and slides face first on concrete. Thank you for your hopeful comments.

I have a glass protector and it sits flush. I like it because nothing is obstructing when swiping up. The glass protector will actually protect the phone’s glass for minor drops IMO.

Yeah, I'm just wondering if it provides enough protection to the front glass since I don't use a screen protector. If it doesn't and I really like it, I may have to invest in a screen protector.
