In a few hours (at midnight on a weekday) the delivery estimates slipped from 1 week to 5-6 weeks and somehow that’s an indication of poor sales???
You can't objectively answer that without knowledge of available supply numbers vs order numbers.

Gave in and ordered an X in silver via Carphone warehouse. They still estimate a delivery of Friday 3rd so if anyone in the UK is still looking for one sim free or on a contract you could look there. To make it very slightly less eyewatering expensive there is £50 Quidco available.
Pre - order from 08:01 in the UK they said - Lies - couldn’t get on the site until 08:14 - result 4 - 5 weeks. Fuming !
Maybe see if a family member wants it...i don't know if the hassle of trying to sell is worth itSo I think I got 2 phones on accident. Do you think it is worth it to sell the other one, or is the demand going to be lower? I could just cancel one of them.

In a year this beauty will be so dirt cheap.![]()
I'm sitting here enjoying my iPhone 8 Plus without all the stress that those who pre-ordered the iPhone X now have.
Really, I don't see enough reasons to upgrade to the iPhone X, apart from the OLED screen and camera with dual-OIS + front cam with portrait mode. I don't even hate the notch or anything, but in terms of actual features there's just not much of a difference between the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. At least not enough to make me wanna pay an additional €240 (iPhone 8 Plus = €919, iPhone X = €1159) AND the risk that e.g. the OLED screen or Face ID might have issues AND wait for weeks to get it.
I'm holding out on this one.![]()
That's a blanket statement, $50 a month is not a lot if money in isolation, but you don't know what other bills people have to pay, rent, car, groceries, power, healthcare... $50 a month is a lot of money for a typical American family of 5 that live on a $50k annual income1800?
And no, you don’t need to make 200k/yr to afford 50 a month as long as you have even the most basic sense at managing money.
Wrong it will get 2000 usd easyNo it won't, you will be lucky to get £1200 at most
Does anyone know when we’ll start getting reviews on the iPhone X? By the 3rd November, or before?
Yup. First 3 min was the Nov 3rd window. The X will be 8 weeks by tonight.![]()
