up since 4am est and i had errors all mourning.... i got as far as the add to cart and it timed out.... i saw it was still in the cart n i was able to complete my order!!! i got very lucky, now am trying to complete my other line and am having problems
 
I got up extra early to go to the gym too. Should've tried at 5:30am since I was up. I give up for the next 5 minutes.
 
Yes, the problem is clearly with AT&T. If it weren't, it would be possible to order from AT&T's website without a problem. It's not. I've been trying for more than an hour and I get the P105 errors.

I agree. Can't order from AT&T either.

Agreed. AT&T's website just keeps giving me a log-in run-around. For about an hour now, every time you click on anything it brings you to a log-in screen (even though I'm already logged in), and after you log in brings you to the account management screen. Click anywhere from there and back to log-in screen.

"AT&T's awesome--had no problems, it's APPLE that's ***** this up!"... yeah right!
 
Are other getting "your request could not be processed" after clicking "check eligibility"? This is the only error I have gotten for the last hour.

Stopped by the forums to see if anyone else was getting this same thing.
 
still cant buy it

how many people here who are using apple still cant order one due to timing out or OOPS? becuz ive been trying since 2 am pt, (well with 5 hours of sleep in between of course)
 
I got to the point on AT&T premiere to check out and the server got hosed. I am so fed up with AT&T and their incompetence! Finally got back in and they are charging the $18 upgrade fee that they told me would be waived when they sent me the text verifying eligibility! Wow they can't do much right ever!
 
AT&T is allowing me to get through the order process.... their site is fine and in much better shape than Apple.

They can blame it all they want on AT&T but the fact is they obviously expected this much traffic considering they allowed 6 months of non eligible people to upgrade...

Apple is just as responsible for providing a working system for such heavy traffic.

That's where I got too... and I also had the $18 fee that is supposed to be waived... maybe it just won't show up on the bill?

I was trying and trying and couldn't get through the AT&T verification thing then I left for a bit to wash my truck then I came back and went through it in seconds then the next page after that my session expired. Oye!
 
this really has me reconsidering the whole thing....i mean come on you were not prepared for this ?

geez ...im one of the people that are truely eligible for an upgrade and i cant get thru to reserve it...unreal....way to go apple or att....:mad:
 
I've been getting the "couldn't process your order" after the phone number/zip code screen for the past 1.5-2 hours. One time that error page 404'd. I thought it was pretty funny that a page called error.wa (or whatever it is) had a 404 error.
