As someone who has owned a 200 year old company, receiving an award like this from lovefrom is truly inspiring. It’s like the ultimate customer service letter from a customer.
I can't tell if this is serious or sarcastic.

The style reminds me of the original Apple logo.

Everyone knows that using Ukrainian letter Є instead of E will make your Latin look more Latin and profound.

So the dude has been gone from Apple for two years and this is the best he’s got?

It is a magnificent design.

So magnificent that this emblem shall be embossed into the most expensive materials and be presented as a major award in a far away country where the worthy CEOs and government officials can jet their entourages in for a week of self indulgence and ritual back patting, televised of course so that the huddled dirty masses can enjoy it as well.

And one day, if we are all so fortunate, this award will serve as a decoration in the landfills of unrepairable consumer goods around the world!

My God, it'll be beautiful.

Jony Ive hate mail incoming!
Well deserved it is too. He’s an overrated clown.
Another example of people that get recognition, simply because of who they are;

Now be honest, if you’d have been the guy that did that you think you’d be lauded for it?
Same with Ive. If I’d have designed exactly that seal it would probably have been ignored.

But simply because this guy who probably decided to spell his name missing an ‘n’ did it, it’s magical.

The thing is, we, collectively, have more power.

If we all (or a large majority) decide to do our bit and put some effort in with the simple acts of being more sustainable in our choices and actions, the effect can outweigh the more isolated actions take by a few.
I agree, completely. So far I couldn't find anyone, near me, who really cares enough, to, at least, help with collecting a plastic sh@te from nearby beach.

I really wish people would switch to more eco friendly products, and stop using the ocean dump-able things.
We should create communities all over the world, make competitions, who cleaned and improved their surrounding the best. Everybody participating would be a winner.

How would you suggest that Mr. Ive should have done a commission from an initiative lead by Prince Charles without it being associated with Prince Charles, then?

That makes a lot of sense!

Still...many need a daily dose of feeling aggrieved and outraged over the littlest things.

I does not look very minimalistic :D The centering of the text looks a bit weird, left margin of first word seems to match right margin of second and viceversa.

I could do without the crown... it's entirely out of place... but I guess that's what you get from the "Sustainable Markets Initiative headed by the UK's Prince Charles".

The paper version with the embossing is very nice though.

I didn't notice the overlapping circles at first. There is a nice break down and animated version on the website: https://www.sustainable-markets.org/terra-carta-seal/intro/
As a Brit, allow me to pedantically point out that it’s a coronet rather than a crown ?

Is your complaint that designers who have a long history of shaping the electronics world as a lead Apple designer and then head of Apple design get more public recognition that designers who weren't the previous head of Apple design.

Or is it that no one knows who you are because you haven't done anything worth knowing?

Speaking of unknown artists getting recognition, how many have you contacted and complimented?

Neither is correct.
Also, if an unknown designer has done something I have liked I will purchase and comment appropriately. There have been a few.
I don’t however gush over people like Ive or Banksy simply because they are Ive or Banksy.
Something tells me you’d wet your pants if they ever acknowledged you.

Next question.
