While it is nice for people to have more choice, I'm happy with the size of my 11.

I will check the whole 12 series out in the Apple Store one day tho.

wait... people consider 5.4 excitingly small? I am not willing to go any larger than the 4.7 of iphone7. Anything larger you might just call it ipad mini.

The 5.4” iPhone 12 is physically smaller than the 4.7” iPhone 7 since it’s mostly screen.

If they were indeed already working on the larger 6 when the statement was made, which they most likely were, totally.

Jobs was a great marketer, innovator, and business person but values were definitely questionable with family and stealing ideas from other people/companies. Just ask Xerox. ;)

Oh yes. I don't blame any company from doing all it can to sell the products it has already made, and tell you is the best thing ever. That's what you do in business to make money.
My only niggle is when some believe what's being said is the 100% honest truth, when it's just marketing to try and sell you something.
Like the old classic bit about we at Apple make the very best computers possible.
You mean the ones that run too hot so they throttle and don't have great graphics cards.

Total Honesty would be lovely, but you almost never get that from companies.
As long as we all understand that, then that's great :)

Apple would tell you, Orange is the only colour a ball should ever be, whilst in the room next door working on a blue ball for next year ;)

first they push the idea that your phone gets slightly bigger every year and then they drop this) well, my wife will like it. i think.

too bad they aren't making a pro version in this size. that might be nice.

That size, with those bevels. Beautiful.
Let’s hope it will have a reasonable price tag.

This is smaller than the iPhone 7/8. The corner to corner size is larger, but the body will be nearly identical in width and height.

iPhones are getting seriously boring. They are solid phones but have been doing more or less the same things for the past 3-4 years. Screen sizes and more cameras are not really innovations..

Are you wanting the ability to reach through the phone while on a call (as if you were in a Jetsons cartoon) and slap, tickle or kiss the other person on the line?

Won’t work because it’s bigger than the 2016 SE. see the photo a few posts above.
Any possibility of seeing a 6.1” simulation for those of us that have Max-sized phones?

Currently have the 11 Pro Max but contemplating moving down to 6.1” this year.

Weight? The original SE 113 grams was amazing. Could they do this for 130g? My iPhone X at 174g is way too heavy for me. I hold it in one hand for hours at a time reading & have to keep adjusting my grip and changing hands to minimize fatigue. I'd be happy to give up glass back/wireless charging for less weight, if that's a factor.

It’s a step in the right direction, but seems like it might not be small enough. I’ll have to go hold one to decide. If I can’t reach all of the screen with my thumb without repositioning my hand, I’ll stick with using my iPhone 4 and Apple Watch as my daily drivers and my iPhone X as my camera and vacation phone.

THIS will be my next iPhone! I like a phone that I can put in my pants pocket or scrub top while at work. I have a iPhone X that I love, but my favorite size iPhone will always be my iPhone 3GS and 5. And both of them still work perfectly!
