Kuo: iPhone 13 to Come in Same Four Model Sizes As iPhone 12, Pro Models to Feature Major Upgrade to Ultra Wide Camera

If they aren’t going to add Touch ID like on the iPad Air. Get rid of the notch. Focus on adding a new feature that we don’t know we want yet. & Possibly a bezel-less display. I don’t think they’ll keep selling like crazy. I’m sick of these tiny upgrades year after year. Kuo needs to retire like he said he was years ago.

, I have always had less than optimal eyesight.Lenses and reading glasses, helps but a watch is too small for my liking.
I will not be getting a new iPhone until it has touch ID again. While it is a useless brick while wearing masks, it never worked well even before then. Some people work in places (e.g., healthcare facilities) where you cannot be yanking down your mask once a minute to look at your phone. I have never regretted an Apple purchase more than the day I got the iPhone X.
I’m a medical student, and we are precepting in hospitals and clinics. And with mask and eye pro, all you need to do is type your password in. It isn’t that big of a deal. You’re talking a second longer to open your phone. FaceID is an upgrade across the board otherwise.
Skipped the 12 as I see similarities between the 3g/3gs & 5/5s releases, both of which I was happy I chose the "s" model. Hoping the 2021 version (12s/13/14/XIIs/whatever they call it) will bring back Black/Jet Black as a colorway, and chamfer those sides like the 5s. Wishful thinking. If I'm really hoping/wishing for everything I currently want from an iPhone; I want the notch gone, ProMotion, and touch ID + FaceID. Either way, I'm at a point where I will almost certainly get the next iPhone do to heavy use. (Currently on an XS Max)
Some people choose to have alphanumeric passwords for added security over a numeric pin password.
The brighter aperture will help in low light, though. Also, you don‘t know that the sensor stays so small; might get bigger, too. And the 6P lens may be sharper.
That being said, I really don‘t care very much for the ultrawide camera anyway. I hope Apple will find ways to make the „tele“ camera a lot better.

That’s almost as bad as Samsung’s naming scheme.
I hope so, and I hope they drop the endless numeric as well. Just call them iPhone Mini, iPhone, iPhone Pro, iPhone Pro Max. They do this with the MacBook lineup and iPad line up, as well as the AirPods lineup. make it consistent.
They’ll skip to iPhone 14. 13 is a sus number. People be worried about accidents doing iPhone tasks and ending up in space.
It does suck that the processor hasn't gotten better, the screens are basically the same as 2016, and battery life is dismal. /sI really wish Apple would occasionally focus on something other than cameras
It's clear to me that Kuo simply does NOT have a good handle on the low-level details:
1.) The 2nd-Gen 5G chips from Qualcomm will offer improved power efficiency, possibly SIGNIFICANTLY improved power efficiency !
2.) Except for the 12 Pro Max, which got upgraded, the image sensor in the Ultra Wide Lens will very-likely be Upgraded !

But will the 6.1” Pro match the same camera spec as the Pro Max? Still incredibly frustrated they they did that on 12’s.
