Leather Cases - Patina Proud Photos

Here’s the black leather after a couple of weeks with a MagSafe wallet (notice the line just under the camera cutout) and four days of snowboarding.

I took the case off for the later runs down the mountain but it took a good beating earlier on. I had to blow snow out of the camera and speaker/mic/charging port cutouts and it still looks great. No swelling/bubbling like I’ve seen on previous leather cases.

I’m a happy camper!

These look like they may be it, especially if you want to remove the logo (which i saw as an option a few days ago for an extra $20, but can’t seem to find it now).

Problem is, I haven’t seen any reviews, and not sure I want to spend $79 ($59 for case, $20 for no logo option) to test it out.

Based on the bright colours of leather they’re offering, I’d be skeptical that theirs is any better than apple’s. I don’t see any info about the leather?

Edit: I edited this earlier but I guess it just completely discarded my edit since I’m a new user and post wasn’t approved...

To elaborate on the above, I don’t think those colours are achievable via dyes, so I think it must be pigmented or semi aniline like the apple cases.

Looks fat with a big ass front lip. Color choices are lovely though.

I have the luxury bumper case from Lucrin. If the one you're referring to is made like that one, the camera lenses are not protected, the tallest one is flush with the case.

ETA: I just put this case back on the phone to look at it's fit. The sides are raised, but are uneven. On this one, it goes from pretty much flush with the phone on the ends to raised in the middle. The sides are not even, either. Both are different.

Hey, sorry for the late response. The case really hasn’t changed much, maybe it has darkened a bit. Interestingly, the little ding I had on top of the case seems to have blended in nicely. Anyway, here you go

A couple weeks. I didn’t use any oils or balms, just natural oil from holding phone

Received my Grams28 case in the mail and it’s safe to say I have found a better alternative to the Apple leather case. At first impression the leather immediately feels and smells premium, and it fits snug tight on the phone unlike the Apple version that tends to slip on the edges. I would highly recommend this case to anyone looking for an alternative to apple’s leather case

That's cool and all with the transparency thing but printing that on the inside would also allow full traceability...

That’s great to hear about how it fits. It looks great on your phone, too. I should be receiving a blue and a gray in a few days.
