Yes, this is on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I don't believe they're selling the 13 line on Amazon yet. There are always reasonable discount codes on items so look for those (I found one with a popup on their site). I believe they're doing 25% off using "TREAT25" right now. They were doing 40% off when I ordered so my total, with $6 shipping, ended up being $29.39 shipped. Shipping does take awhile though since it comes from China. Mine took 15 days to arrive from the order date.

That's actually one of my biggest complaints with the newer Apple leather cases. Coming from an iPhone X with the Apple leather case I much preferred how the case lip wrapped around the front of the screen a bit more.
Are there any leather cases that hide the stainless frame? Most interested in Decoded, Platinum, Journey, and Bullstrap, but open to any insight.

I'm with you on that. I don't really like seeing the edges, somewhat distracting for myself. I have only tried the apple leather and Mujjo and both show the silver edges.
Just remember the Andar is an open bottom, I myself can't do that, much prefer the closed.
Thank you scarrz, the open bottom doesn’t bother me. Just wondering on build quality vs the Nomad.
Not a fan either and why I stick to black/midnight case. Nomad hide the frame. They are a bit taller though.
Nomad had issues last year with stiff buttons, supposed to be fixed this year. Some find the bottom a bit rough, they are about 5mm taller than apples case.
I had both last year. Besides apples Nomad is best of the bad bunch imo.
Apple Leather Case, Golden Brown vs Saddle Brown
The Golden Brown has a noticeable texture, and there are two diagonal lines (one is visible in the photo). To me, this color looks like a slightly darker shade of orange. Saddle Brown rules the roost, but I am becoming more and more sure that I will be very happy with Dark Cherry that will give me the closest look to a deeply patina'd Saddle Brown. Or, I could get a Dark Cherry wallet for a nice contrast!
Furthermore, I wholeheartedly despise the camera bump. With a case, the backs of both the 8 and 12 mini could be flush. Here, with 13 mini, nope. I want Tim to be heavily questioned on his thoughts about the aesthetics of this damn lip that protrudes out of even a case! Double-trillion dollar company... they could have done away with this lip, this lip sits taller than it needs to. Even if it were flush, it would still have protected the lens enough.
I do not remember the name of the member who first said it, but I have to agree that the 13 mini feels even better weight-wise with the case on. But, over the past 3 days, I have grown to use this device at home without a case, owing to its flat edges, but might still just use it with the case at home as well, considering that a nick or a fall can occur anytime and any place, home or not. If I buy AppleCare+ I would still have to shell out USD 125 or so to get the device replaced per instance.. so maybe, just maybe, I will use some sense and start with a case both at home and out.

Order a special pair of @roccobladr socks. Scrub the coating off. The case will start to show patina quicker and hopefully in a more natural way.
I have a friend that speaks very highly of the brand. I have a wallet and case on the way. Updates pending.
I ordered the Aspen this morning. There is a review I found and it looks promising. Seems to be very high quality. Mainly went with the Aspen vs Nomad because the Nomad seems more bulky and I prefer more minimal cases.
I used 70% alcohol wipes to strip the coating on my golden brown and its starting to patina like the old cases now.
Was able to strip the protective coating/pumpkin orange off of my golden brown case. Looks and feels much better now, and is starting to develop a more natural patina.
70% Isopropyl Alcohol wipes. No sandpaper and no oils, at least for now. Kept wiping the case until I could see the alcohol soaking into the leather underneath the coating. That's when you know you've penetrated and wiped away the coating. Let it dry for about 20 min and it was good to go. It's slightly more orange than in the picture due to lighting, but I think it will look great in a weeks time.
